We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

The put a lot of love and effort to maintain the property and it had all what we need. Pool, good sunbeds and even beds on the water. The staff is extremely nice.

We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

The hotel and room design is very beautiful and aesthetic, breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was super chill. The hospitality was truly exceptional – George, the manager, and the entire staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and caring. They did everything to make sure we had the most perfect vacation. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be happy to return 💕

As the weather was below average for the time of year, the pools were too cold and the sea too choppy to reasonably enjoy, we found ourselves bored on occasions. Perhaps some board games in the spacious reception area would be a good idea. We visited Chania a couple of times on the bus, but the location is a little bit out of the way. It is a great location if you wish to do very little. Had the weather been warmer and the sea not as rough, our perspective might have changed.

Exceptionally peaceful. Friendly and attentive staff. Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms and pool area. Bed was large and very comfortable. Very good food - selection and quality. The cocktails were excellent. Easy access to the long, sandy beach.

While the massages were undoubtedly very good, and neither my family members nor I had any complaints about the quality of the service, they were still far too expensive for what was offered. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the experience justified the high prices at the facility. Additionally, as pointed out in other reviews, the staff lacked authenticity. Each morning, it took around 10 minutes and several reminders to receive my coffee, which was frustrating and not up to the standard one would expect. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve. On a positive note, I appreciate the reception team for taking my feedback seriously and offering their apologies, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, despite this, I still feel that the overall cost for a week’s stay was excessive and didn’t deliver value for the money spent.

The property is situated in a peaceful, remote area, which provided the perfect escape for my family and me. The overall experience was great—the room was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent.

Excellent place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The hotel has all the necessary infrastructure. Good cleaning of rooms, clean beach. But especially service and food - above all praise! The food is very tasty and varied. The restaurant manager Goran is my favorite. Very careful and kind attitude, personalized attention - he always finds time especially for you. I think hotels social media and pictures didn’t match the reality so we were a littlebit dissapointed. Hotel didn’t feel luxurious Boutique hotel but rather well maintanated 4 Star hotel. For the price we paid we were expecting more luxurious experience. Not even a water bottle replenished daily In the room. I have to give bad comment about massage place In the hotel. Eventhough my massage was OK an done by friendly younger lady, the older lady (manager?) charged me much more than it was written In online booking page. On the top of that, after massage they made me sign something and only after that I realized that older lady put five stars review on their system and then just asked me to sign that good review. I was shocked. I didnt complain on the site because i didnt want to start an argument and ruin my holiday. I want to highlight that the younger girl was extremely nice and hospitable. We used gym quite a bit but my husband said that the gym had too little weights. Also hotel didnt have nice surroundings and you have to have a car to go somewhere nice. We had partial sea view but you hardly could see anything. All In all for that price I wouldnt stay again.

We visited for just 3 days as a birthday treat, but the resort was so relaxing that it felt like a much longer stay. The beach was beautiful, and the overall setup at Asterion made everything incredibly easy. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing consistently exceptional customer service.

A marvellous vacation. We are an italian couple, we have celebrated our 30 years wedding anniversary at Asterion Suite and SPA. We have constantly been taken care by an excellent and sensitive personnel, especially, Dimitra and Christos at Reception, Roula (speedy gonzales), George, Chris and Antonis at swimming pool Bar, Manolis (superman) at Restaurant, Katerina at Breakfast Section and Michalis the lifeguard. Everything was great, rooms, swimming pool, food, some entertainment music - piano and violin - (performed on Tuesday and Wednesday). We highly recommend this Hotel 💙💙💙
