Breakfast is varied and delicious. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other but this wasnt possible in the first day but then they arranged it for the next day and this was highly appreciated. Swimming is clean with very confortable beds. It is not located directly on the seaside and town center, need to walk 5 min but this was perfect for us because in the center there was very loud music and very busy. Cleaning is done daily. We had a minor problem at the bathroom. Any time we had a shower it was almost impossible to do not have water on the bathroom floor due to improper insulation of the bathtub glass.

The only minus is connected to the street to the main road because it does not offer street lighting being a bit dark.

It is the 3rd time we come to this hotel and we can say that it maintains the quality of the services. Exemplary daily cleaning, the maid took care to prepare our room impeccably every day,she was smiling when we meet her,i talked with,she is from Ukraina,she was involved and attentive to details.We especially thank Kostas, who greeted us at the reception , is indispensable every year, being the employee who must be kept and appreciated, offering us a room on the first floor opposite the one received, on the ground floor. Also at the pool is Bogdan, a Romanian employee, who is constantly present to offer drinks. Breakfast is a Swedish buffet, as diverse as it is. The hotel is well located, maintained annually, the new building has suites with a private pool and jacuzzi, offering the privacy you need.

We stayed in a second building, not the one with the restaurant. The room was very clean, super well ventilated and fresh, no need to use air conditioner. Big, clean, well equiped bathroom, the terrace with sun beds and facing the pool, parking space in front and an access garden with perfumed flower fence.

The room had a certain smell that was quite unpleasant, cleaning could be definitely improved (we had a spider in the bathroom, everyday after it was mopped we found a lots of hairs on the floor, cutleries from the kitchenette were sticky). The wardrobe was really small and was not enough not even for 2 people as such we had to keep majority of our clothes into the trollies.

The staff was friendly, the room was big enough to accommodate a family of 3. The queen bed was comfy, the second one, not as comfy as the main one. We had cleaning services everyday and the lady who did it was doing a good job.

Charging Cars and Parking: Staff might wake you up at 12:30 AM because someone urgently needs to charge their electric car. If you park in the deluxe suite car park, other cars could block your way. Safety Concerns: If you have small children, be aware that there is no sidewalk on the public road. For that reason you may find walking to the beach not as safe and convenient. Restaurant: The restaurant isn’t really a restaurant because they don’t serve dinner.

Note: this was not an issue! We stayed in the suites complex which is 100 meters away from the reception of the hotel. This was not an issue, but initially we were confused where to check in. The restaurant does not work after 15:00, but there are many restaurants within 2-3 minutes walking distance.

The breakfast was good. The location is more than good - 2 minutes from shops/restaurants/beach etc.

That we couldn't stay more! 😁

Room was clean, staff very very polite, they explained everything and was available at all time if we had any questions. The breakfast was varied and tasty, we were there for two nights, and each morning there was a different food prepared. We were fascinated by our maid, because when we returned to our room, she had arranged our things and was cleaned well, there were no traces of dust or any other kind of dirt. Everything was perfect, we certainly recommend!

I think there's space for improvement as far as housekeeping is concerned. For our 5 night stay we got our room cleaned once. The lady went everyday around 15:00 when our child was taking a nap so we couldn't let her in.

A quiet place suitable for a family with little children. 5min walk to the center of the city. We were in the renovated part of the hotel. The rooms were good. The staff is friendly.

The bathroom splash panel wasn't properly isolating, resulting in a puddle on the floor after showering. The A/C was above the bed and couldn't keep it on during the night.

We stayed here several times before and we will return for sure. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious and clean. Sheets are changed every other day. Breakfast has multiple options one can choose from. We liked Antonio Beach nearby, which is within walking distance (15min).
