Not having a poolside bar for drinks and snacks is the only thing we felt the hotel was missing. There was a power outage a couple of times and there didn't seem to be any back up generators. None of them lasted longer than about an hour though. There aren't enough parasols around the pool. The 3 that are there were very heavy to put up and almost impossible to move around due to concrete bases. No rubbish bin in the room, only the toilet bin in the bathroom.

Lovely and small, not lots of people and crowding around the pool. Breakfast selection was OK. Location for walking into town is excellent, not even 10 minutes. Really friendly staff, from reception through to the cleaners.

Everything went smoothly during our stay. The location is great, just about an 8-minute walk to the city center. We received excellent restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be amazing, as well as helpful tips on what to explore in the area. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

As described, great location easy walk to town approx 10 mins also Super market close by. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a generous inclusion in the price. Choice of various drinks, pastries, fruit preserves and eggs and yogurt absolutely acceptable. We were able to leave bags in store while we explored for a day and then headed to port. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. It lacked both variety and quantity. Refills were almost nonexistent, and if you arrived even a bit later in the morning, you might end up with nothing more than some butter and honey :)

The hotel is kept very clean, with housekeeping cleaning and changing towels daily. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

I really like their service! The environment is really comfortable and beautiful. Every morning, they will clean up the room and add on the stuff inside the room such as soaps and towels. No need to worry about your stuff or luggage, they are very professional! Also like their provided breakfast❤️and the room which has volcano view is pretty nice! This hotel makes my santorini trip!❤️

The only little thing is that the room with the Volcano view has also a view on the road, so if you want to enjoy the sunset from the balcony you have also the noise of the cars. But I guess this is why it is less expensive than other hotel without the road. This is still good value for money.

We had a very nice stay at Astir Thira Hotel. The staff is very kind and available whenever we want to give advice or help us book activities and transportation. The rooms and the facilities are very clean. The room with the Volcano view has an amazing view (as the description says)

The pool was such a nice, relaxing feature. The breakfast was very good as well. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The closeness to Fira was perfect for walking.

Staff was super nice, they had good recommandations for restaurants and boat tours. The room really looked amazing, with a very nice shower, and a cute balcony. The breakfast was amazing too.
