Location, location, location! The apartment is top notch, almost new. Conveniently located near the port and restaurants but in a very quiet street. The bed is also very comfortable!

The flat could have used some mopping of the balcony as it was full of dust, and you could tell there were works done recently. It would be great if there was a kettle, for those who want to make tea.

The host gave us clear instructions how to collect the keys from the property. there is a padlock outside the property entrance, they gave us the code, and we were able to get in. The flat has a kitchen, a nespresso machine, it is fully air conditioned (although we did not need it at the time). It has two beds and a small sofa bed. It has been fully renovated so the house indoors is nice, modern and clean. The location is perfect, right behind the promenade, so you don't have to worry about driving in the evening, as everything is at your footstep. I would highly recommend it for a small group of friends or family.

Nothing at all. Honestly, I can normally find fault in most things but absolutely nothing I could find here.

Everything. There was nothing I could find wrong. Of all the places I've stayed in Greece this is the best by a very long way. Communication from the start was terrific. George went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Nothing was too much although nothing was needed as the place is so amazing. Modern studio with excellent facilities and expensive renovations. Everything is modern. Great fridge freezer, oven, cooker and even the kitchenware. Big comfortable bed, quality bedding, good sized TV and, most of all, so quiet and peaceful. Blackout lighting with expensive shutters that compliment the high quality windows. I could happily live in this studio it's that good. If you're lucky enough to find it available then don't look elsewhere.

Perfect apartment. Everything is new in the apartment. Zero problem. Host George is very friendly and helpful about everything. Karpathos is an exceptional island with its nature and people. If you are seeking smiles and positive vibes, this is your place.

For the price that you paid, we felt it should have been a bit more polished. What I mean by that was, the shower tray seemed like it might have been cleaned weeks ago and might not have been used since, therefore we had to rinse it down before using it and even then, I'd have it cleaner if it were my own. Surfaces were a bit dusty, as well the draining tray for the dishes. However, what I found was the worst part was finding someone else's hair in the bed sheets. Now I'm not saying they were not clean but clump of knotted hair in your lovely white bed sheets if not what you would like to find.

The location was excellent, very central. There was a good amount of space. Quite modern. Decently equipped. Big fridge and freezer. Smart TV on the wall which you can connect your phone to. A clothes horse which was super handy. There was also a sofa bed so if you wanted you could comfortably sleep 4. Very close to many restaurants, bars, shops etc.. about a 15 min walk to beach (maybe 20 if strolling). 2minutes to the ferry port, close enough to the main street for convenience but far enough that you're not up all night with noise if you have an early night. Shutters and blinds as well as a toggle function on the AC means the room can be made pretty dark with the exception of emergency lights which is nice.
