Everything was great except for a few pieces of kitchenware. The stovetop is a bit difficult to work with if you want to boil something but still manageable. There was no pot to make coffee in so we had to improvise but those are minute details compared to the pluses

Great location, it is minutes away from the bustling centre of Neos Marmaras. Lots of natural shade in the hotel with every room equipped with air conditioning despite the temperatures being quite bearable even without it. Very clean, cozy, romantic, quiet and private. Finding a parking spot was incredibly easy given that you can street park on a very wide road. Worse comes to worst, you have a free parking lot about 100m from the Hotel.

AC was so strong, it was somehow not possible to create a mild temperature for sleeping, only "too" cold setting (maybe only specific to our room). So we either woke up sweaty in the night, or decided to run the AC and use the blanket. Bathroom window is small and doesn't have an insect web. So if you want to stay mosquito free, you can't really open it after showering. No parking included, only street parking if you're lucky (very difficult in the high season) or in the free parking near it.

Great manager/host, very friendly, gives great tips for anything you need. Bed was good (my wife loved it, I was okay with it but I have back problems anyway, lol), very pet friendly, modern clean bathroom. Cute balcony with the sea view (amazing, only available if you book a room with sea view though!) Strong AC, like really strong. Spacious room also (lots of storage room in the deluxe double room). Eventhoigh the hotel is located on top of the hill in front of the city center, you can easily access the top and avoid "climbing" uphill by using the stairs from the old town center. The hotel also has their own beach club (15 minute walk) in the southern city beach. Nice that you can sit for free, you only pay what you eat/drink. Nice food there.

The WiFi Internet was weak, which made it harder to download pictures, and I didn’t like that we had to pay for the sunbeds in Astri Beach Bar, even though we stayed in a hotel. They give you 10% discount on the price (10 euros for the sunbeds + order). The distance between the hotel and the beach is about 1km, which is 15-20 min walk for my little feet 🥹

I liked the feeling as it was my home. No one disturbed us. I liked the cleanness, the cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. Another thing that I liked was peace and quiet. The room was spacious and light, and there was a tiny kitchen allowing you to make meals. There was also a balcony, which I enjoyed a lot. Everything about the room was excellent. I would just add one more thing, if there are no reservations, you can extend your stay by paying with cash. I am very pleased with our stay. ^_^

Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors with a dog who stayed up every night until 4AM, but that was just our bad luck and not the apartment's fault.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, spacious rooms, with a huge bed, small kitchen, and lovely terrace. The check-in/out process was smooth, and daily room service kept everything fresh. The location is also great, just a 3-4 minute walk to the port, easily accessible by car with the added bonus of free parking.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't sleep for 3 nights because of the noise made by other guests. we complained and the owners of the apartment understood us and apologized, but I think that some rules of behavior should be highlighted so that this kind of thing does not happen again. they also told us that we get a 10% discount on the beach that belongs to the accommodation, we were there and even though we are guests of the accommodation, we didn't get a discount, and the woman who works on the beach is very unpolite.

Nothing really, for the price it is what you would expect. Location is super close to the center, but you have a way to go to the beach, internet was iffy throughout the room, but it was great if you step outside on the balcony.

Staff was super welcoming, it was clean and they changed sheets etc. every day, I sort of broke the bed but they fixed it immediately at no cost and were not problematic about it at all, AC worked great and it was new, bed was comfy, easy parking around the property at any time of the day or night, very easy to get to, had a cute Santorini-ish vibe to the decor

Internet connection was very poor. Small amenities would be nice - like shower curtain and shelves,both in the shower and above the sink. One lighting on the right needs fixing

Bed is very comfy, spacious terrace. And, even though small room, it had everything you need and it didn't feel tight. Terrace doors have mosquito nets! There's AC. Room looked exactly like in the photos

Reception: we arrived at 5pm (check in between 4pm-8pm) and there was noone in the reception. There was a sign that in case there is noone there, they might be at the beach and there was a phone number. We called multiple times, nothing. We messaged them on whatsapp, message received and read but no reply whatsoever. Then in about 20 minutes another number replied on whatsapp, turned out to be the cleaning lady, who didnt speak English at all, she finally gave us the key. Private beach: Firstly it's at least 15 minutes walk from the hotel which we could have found out with a little research, but booking.com advertised the hotel itself as "beach front". Secondly the private beach was just, some umbrellas, not even sunbeds. Throughout our whole stat we didnt see anyone working for this hotel except the one cleaning lady.

The bathroom and also one night we entered and the electrical pannel was blown out.. this is not ok And also i want to mention something about the owner maybe. At the day of the check in, as we prepare to leave I think the owner knocked our door telling was what are we doing because he has OTHER PEOPLE to come. I didint read that the check out it s at 11 and it was 11:45, ( and we left in 10 mins) i thought that it s 12 like everywhere else. The cleaning lady was cleaning a room near us from 10. Im not angry because it was fair, we had to checkout, but the way he adressed to us I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE TO COME. He also didnt looked so kind. As an advice, i work daily with people; You could said; Oh, as i see you are not ready, our policy says that you must check out before 11, if you can hurry up a bit? So, learn how to speak and adress to your customers, because we paid.

I booked an economy room, maybe the other ones are better. The room it s ok, but the bathroom it s very small and the toilet had a smell. The bath was i think the bigest inconvenience. You can put a little foam, i dont know. The advantage it s that the position is very close to the center and everything. Maybe i would return because of the price and position, but in a superior room
