Pleasant hotel, very close to the town centre. Clean and comfortable room. Large balcony and there’s loads of parking space.

We like only the location

The cleaning lady's attitude was terrible, not friendly at all, the Russian lady was always rude with us, we have little child and have little incident on the sheets on the bed and we asked her to change the sheets and she told us that this is a disaster (the sheets was little wet only the sheets) she called all her bosses and give me the phone to speak with another Russian lady Avoid if you have child we will not recommend it to anybody

This was probably my favorite stay in Greece so far! We chose Neos Marmaras because we fell in love with Sithonia last year, but we hate the traffic in Nikiti. I had trouble finding a decent place to stay, and then one day this hotel came up and I snatched it! The best decision I made! The location of this accommodation is perfect! It is close to the main road, so you don’t need to drive through Neos to visit the beautiful Sithonian beaches, the large free parking is just two minutes away on foot, and the lower entrance of the hotel is literally a minute away from the center. No climbing, it’s a savior when you come back exhausted and stuffed with delicious tavern food. The interior courtyard of the hotel is so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. As for the services, even though it doesn’t offer typical hotel services, and each room is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, the staff is professional, the rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, they provided clean towels every day and changed our sheets, even did our dishes and threw away the garbage. We were able to relax completely. We booked the double economy, but it was spacious, the bed was big, and most importantly, not the typical wooden bed that Greeks usually offer. Most reviews found the bathroom small, we found it enough with lots of storage for skincare. The AC worked well, the outdoor unit was a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us. The fridge seemed new, there was warm water in the kitchen, too. We couldn’t find the coffee cups but then the lovely lady from the hotel brought them, so if you find anything is missing feel free to ask for it as I’m sure they will provide it. Overall everyone was kind and friendly and I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much! Love from Niš, Serbia. ♥️

Great location, it is minutes away from the bustling centre of Neos Marmaras. Lots of natural shade in the hotel with every room equipped with air conditioning despite the temperatures being quite bearable even without it. Very clean, cozy, romantic, quiet and private. Finding a parking spot was incredibly easy given that you can street park on a very wide road. Worse comes to worst, you have a free parking lot about 100m from the Hotel.

Everything was great except for a few pieces of kitchenware. The stovetop is a bit difficult to work with if you want to boil something but still manageable. There was no pot to make coffee in so we had to improvise but those are minute details compared to the pluses

The location was great, very quiet, just 1 minute to the closest restaurant and shops.

We were not aware the breakfast will not be served at the property, but 20 minutes (walking distance) away. When we arrived the floors were not clean, but then they did a better job cleaning every day.

Nice, renovated rooms. Staff cleans daily. Good location, ample parking in the area.

There were several evenings with no hot water for showering.

Great manager/host, very friendly, gives great tips for anything you need. Bed was good (my wife loved it, I was okay with it but I have back problems anyway, lol), very pet friendly, modern clean bathroom. Cute balcony with the sea view (amazing, only available if you book a room with sea view though!) Strong AC, like really strong. Spacious room also (lots of storage room in the deluxe double room). Eventhoigh the hotel is located on top of the hill in front of the city center, you can easily access the top and avoid "climbing" uphill by using the stairs from the old town center. The hotel also has their own beach club (15 minute walk) in the southern city beach. Nice that you can sit for free, you only pay what you eat/drink. Nice food there.

AC was so strong, it was somehow not possible to create a mild temperature for sleeping, only "too" cold setting (maybe only specific to our room). So we either woke up sweaty in the night, or decided to run the AC and use the blanket. Bathroom window is small and doesn't have an insect web. So if you want to stay mosquito free, you can't really open it after showering. No parking included, only street parking if you're lucky (very difficult in the high season) or in the free parking near it.

Great location, very close to center. Room was cleaned every day. Object has really unique style and beauty.

Bathroom has walk in shower which caused bathroom to be always wet. It would be better if it has shower with door. Really minor issue, does not influence overall experience.

The room was very clean and the view from the balcony meets my expectations.
