The Hotel is well located - only 5/10 min walk from the centre of Fira. Not having been to Santorini before, we lucked out as there are plenty of hotels, apartments, B&Bs etc, but one thing that you have to know and remember is that the Fira city centre is closed to traffic, so after a certain point you have to carry your bags to your hotel etc which can be very tiring and demanding as Fira is but on the cliffs of Santorini.

Nothing at all – everything exceeded our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a rooftop jacuzzi and sea view – absolutely breathtaking! Katerina at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave us great tips about the island. The hotel arranged airport transfers and even helped us rent an ATV that was delivered straight to the hotel. The location is quiet yet just a short walk from Fira. Everything was clean, elegant, and relaxing.

The hotel is roughly a 10 minute uphill walk from the centre of Fira. While most excursions stopped at/or nearby the hotel, if you did want to walk to the centre of Fira the pathway does have sidewalks but also involves crossing main roads. Its not a difficult walk but could be inconvenient for some. However, the hotel is happy to book a taxi (just let them know) and their are spots available for parking if you're renting a vehicle/ATV.

An incredible hotel run by even more incredible staff! Starting at the airport, the transportation taxi we booked with the hotel was on time and the driver had our name on the sign. After a short drive 10-15 mins we arrived at the hotel. The staff did a great job of collecting of our luggage, checking us in, and giving our rooms early. They also presented us with a free upgrade for our rooms! Which we greatly appreciated after a long week travelling through mainland Greece. The staff did a good job of attending to our needs (i.e., booking taxis, providing restaurant recommendations) and the rooms were very large + clean. Air conditioning and other amentities worked great. The pool and other areas were also clean and their is staff everywhere ready to help and talk with us. The breakfast had a wide variety (i.e., eggs, toast, salads), and they had someone available if you wanted a cappuccino or any other beverage. We had an early morning flight (before breakfast which is served 7am to 10am), and the staff prepared breakfast bags for us (sandwiches with fruits and juice) so that we weren't hungry at the airport. I can't say enough about the great hospitality and amenities this place had!

We think the Wi-Fi could work a little better — there were occasional interruptions, especially when we were by the pool. Other than that, we honestly didn’t experience any inconveniences during our stay.

An unforgettable hotel and truly exceptional service. Throughout our stay, we were lucky to be looked after mostly by Catherine and Georgia — two incredibly warm, kind, and caring women who made us feel truly welcome. Their help and attention meant the world to us, and we want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Every question we had, every request — they responded immediately and with a smile. Our transfer from the airport and back was smoothly arranged by the hotel and done in total comfort — a perfect start and end to our trip. And what a surprise it was to be offered a complimentary upgrade the moment we arrived! Room 151 became the highlight of our stay — spacious, beautifully located, with a private pool and jacuzzi… it was everything we had dreamed of, and more. The peace and quiet it offered gave us exactly the kind of rest we were hoping for. Cleanliness was impeccable — truly one of the standout features of this hotel. And the food? Simply amazing. The breakfast buffet offered something for every taste, and we were blown away by the quality and flavor of the dishes at the hotel restaurant. Not to mention — very reasonably priced. Hats off to the chef! The center of Fira was just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, which made exploring so easy. This trip was a special girls’ getaway to celebrate a birthday — and we couldn't have imagined a better place. Each of us left with the same thought: we’re coming back, this time with our families. Can't think of anything needing improvement

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The reception staff assisted before our arrival organising transfers & taking account of ferry delays (windy weather). They surprised us with an upgrade on arrival. Dimitris & Nikos at the pool bar & restaurant, together with others whose names we didn't get all gave top notch customer service. The room & all public areas were spotless, the cleaning staff working hard all day!

It would help to have more closet space for clothes and hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fira center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. We had a private jacuzzi with our room and absolutely loved it. The common pool was also clean, though a bit cold since it's not heated—understandable for April. The entire staff was courteous and helpful, especially Georgia at the front desk. She explained everything clearly and consistently went above and beyond to assist us. We also booked a Catamaran boat tour through the hotel, and it turned out to be a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We wait all year for our vacation and our greatest wish is to have an epic time. We want to experience exceptional luxury and personalized service during our stay. This is why our choice of hotel is extremely important. I personally do extensive research on location of hotel; amenities offered and of course review of the resort. I was so elated when I arrived to Astro Palace and Elpida showed me to my room. The room exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and the view OMG. I had a balcony and a breathtaking view of the ocean and the gorgeous pool. The next factor to an impressive and memorable vakay is the staff at the hotel. This team works tirelessly to create a haven where the guests can relax and thoroughly enjoy themselves. It really helps knowing that there is an onsite restaurant and oh yes room service. I want to personally thank the team of hospitality people at the hotel for adding that extra special everything resulting in unforgettable memories during my stay. Kostas, Dimitri and Ahmet food and beverage team could not be nicer. Facts. Thanks you guys for outstanding service and the best cocktails on the island of Santorini. When you go to this magical place, be sure to meet Kostas. He is superlative in describing all the food on the menu as well as the delish and incredible breakfast the hotel serves each morning. And yes it can be included in the room rate. It just doesn’t get any better than this. Also Kostas is extremely knowledgeable on restaurant recommendations.
