Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us, and we take such concerns very seriously. All rooms are inspected daily by our housekeeping supervisors to ensure our high standards are maintained. If we had been informed during your stay that something was not clean, we would have looked into it and resolved the issue immediately. Regarding your comment on coffee, we would like to clarify that all rooms are provided with complimentary instant coffee and tea. The espresso capsules, however, are offered at an extra charge, as clearly stated on the minibar price list available in the room. We value all feedback, as it helps us to improve and provide the best possible service to our guests. However, we would like to clarify that your room was checked daily by our Housekeeping Manager, and no issues such as stains on the bedsheets or hair on the floor were reported during your stay. We are meticulous in maintaining high cleaning standards throughout the hotel. Should you have brought this to our attention at the time, we would have been more than happy to inspect the room together and resolve the matter immediately. Our team is always available to support our guests with any concern during their stay.
