The elevator is tiny and the hallways are narrow and dark. There is no pool.

We arrived very early and the room was available so the receptionist very kindly gave us access to the room early. We greatly appreciated this wonderful gesture which made a significant positive impact to our trip. Thank you Ivy Suites! Excellent location.

I liked that our room was tastefully designed, it had a lovely scent, it was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Toiletries were top quality. Our breakfast was excellent. We got complimentary fruit bowl and traditional spinach&feta pie bites on top of what we ordered from the hotel's á la carte menu, which included plenty exciting options. The hotel was located in a safe area of the city.

The breakfast area is not enclosed so it could be chilly if the weather is bad.

The location was excellent, close to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and polite. We stayed here after a cruise so we arrived early and stored our cases there. We didn’t expect to check in until the normal time but our room was ready very early and our cases were already in our room. We were on the first floor and our room faced a street in the centre of town but it was quiet.

Only one of the staff during breakfast was very slow and also quite inefficient - forgot to bring salt&pepper, napkins, etc…

This was the second time that we had stayed here. Great location, spacious and very comfortable room, good breakfast and usually helpful staff.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was of excellent standard, very boutique but the attention to detail was impressive. It felt very luxurious! Breakfast was top notch, I loved that I could order from a menu. Overall I’d recommend staying there to anyone who’s after hassle free stay in the centre of Athens! Perfect for a city break or work trip. Thank you for making my stay truly amazing!

Could do with a light by the sink for applying makeup, and a mirror near to the plug for the hairdryer, minor details in the grand scheme of things. Breakfast is a great selection however, a plain croissant or toast with jam would be good, and some days of our visit the eggs were overcooked but overall were good and lots of choice.

Location is everything, but without compromise at this lovely small boutique hotel right in the heart of the city, we stayed in the loft suite on the 7th Floor and the views are stunning. although I suspect they are just as great from floor 6 which has a larger balcony and the lift only goes to the 6th floor so if this is an issue be aware. The bed was super comfy, toiletries are plentiful and really lovely, and the staff we met are all just delightful, we were met with cheery faces everytime we came in and out, even at 4.15 in the morning when we were leaving. I would definately stay here again if we were in Athens, for the location and ease of getting everywhere on foot. You can access the rooms either from the back which is a pedestrianised small street, or fromthe front through the restaurant, late at night when the restaurant is closed you need to go through the back, but there is s omeone on duty 24 hours a day and its not far to walk around. on the morning we left they let us out through the restuarnat to wait for our taxi. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and all were really good, super frinedly and not ridiculously priced. we had a rule not to go in anywhere that has someone dragging people in ! There was only one night when there was a lot of street noise, but we closed the window and it wasn't an issue. Finally, if you are a light sleeper it is close to the main church so you will hear the bells chime on the hour, but its not intrusive. My advice, brew a coffee and sit on the balcony in he early morning and listen to the city come alive. (oh and smells from the amazing bakery across the road is just lovely and you shoudl go join the queue for a hot cinnamon roll or fresh croissant)

Breakfast...Do not expect Greek feta cheese, olives etc....We had a typical cafe breakfast, chose from the menu (sandwiches, pancake etc..). We would definitely prefer to have a Greek breakfast.

Nothing, it was perfect !!

The room was amazing with a beautiful sight on the acropolis. The localization of the hotel is perfect. The staff was very nice ! And the breakfast was also very good.
