Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A beautiful Hotel, the staff were so attentive, room was fabulous and very comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful, really fresh products and a menu for freshly cooked eggs. Very convenient for all major attractions and central Athens. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I have to say we were more than pleased with everything in this hotel every single person that works in the hotel had the most beautiful attitude unfortunately now I don’t remember every single name but the guy that was during the day at the reception was always so nice and always trying to help us also the lady was very nice and Dimitri is the manager were extremely nice we were totally satisfied with everything breakfast was excellent the room was excellent it was very clean. We were very happy to stay here and we loved the attitude of the bellboys also the atmosphere everything was great. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely come back even if I don’t like a bit the distance .

Discreet, elegant, tasteful, and within walking distance to key tourist areas downtown. The back rooms were very peaceful due to being away from the street. Wonderfully helpful staff, very friendly with my entire family and helpful towards my elderly parents.

SerbiaIf I had to mention one thing, it would be that the rooms could be a bit more spacious. It wasn’t a big issue, but a little extra room would have made the stay even more comfortable.
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The warm welcome set the tone for a great visit, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast. We can also order special coffee and different style of egg. There are also different varieties to pick. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms. Odysseas Vasiliki. A good size room and a super comfortable bed and pillow.

The staff at L7 are exceptional. They were all very kind, helpful and warm hearted. We enjoyed returning from our Athens experiences to find their welcoming smiles and voices. The hotel has been beautifully renovated with attention to detail. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The location was good, with a close metro station and walkable to the Acropolis. We enjoyed the waterfall area and terrace. Excellent breakfast was included. After a 3 night stay, we felt like we were staying with family.😀
