How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Great position, .the room and the hotel are clean.The staff is nice, kind and helpful.,in the hall you can ger drinks to a great price to put in the fridge in your room .. It has been a pleasure to stay here

I did not like the small sachets for soap and shower gel, as they were too small.
The reception staff was very helpful. Hotel centrally located and comfortable beds.

I wish they could change the shower curtains.
I am visiting this hotel often, since a few years now. Always clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location to walk around the city center.

Overall I like my experience when staying in this place
The location is good, within walking distance to various places. Near to metro station as well. I arrived late at around 2 or 3 PM but the reception was ready to welcome me. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs simple and affordable place to stay

There were mosquitos in the room, but the desk person gave me a little device to plug in to repel them, and I got rid of most of them anyway and didn't get bitten.
Very nice budget hotel- well located, close walking distance to the historic center- when leaving hotel, turn left out of the door, and then right onto the main road (Athinas), and you can walk to Monastiraki Square in less than 10 minutes on a wide, well-lit and safe street with lots of stores and cafes, etc. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff.

We had a room on 1st floor with no view at all, but at least was quiet and calm.
Good location in the center, not far from metro station. Nice and friendly reception, available 24/7, elevator and vending machines at the reception where you can buy soft drinks, water and beer. Market is in the next building, plenty shops and restaurants.

The room was very spacious and clean, everyday we had our room cleaned, bedsheets and towels! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff very polite and friendly. Due to our late flight we left our luggages in the dedicated room, that was very convenient for us! I totally recommend this place and I will definitely visit it again!

Our room was smaller for the same price as my parents room, which was much larger. Our shower didn‘t drain very well and there was no place to put the shower gel in it.

It's a great location, right on the edge of the main central hub. The room was a really good size, super clean and loads of facilities including USB ports for charging, a fridge, and a powerful shower. Aircon was great too!

I had doubts as I approached the building from the side street, but it was a lovely property. Bed not so comfortable (basic and firm) but I was so tired from traveling I didn’t care.
Clean! Clean! Clean! This is what is most important for me when traveling and I couldn’t fault the place. Very friendly staff. Unique building. Spacious room. Close to metro stop (10 min rolling bags).

Initially concerned about the area but actually adjusted my expectations and realised culturally it was Athens and wasn't there to see a Prada boutique. This is not a negative comment! Don't be put off initially people, soak it up.
Easy, friendly, clean, location. Best View of the Accropalis in the roof top bar 15m from hotel. We did lots of roof top bars! Ps get on a bus tour, best way to see Athens. 20Euros x2 days, hop on hop off! Decent WiFi.

Sound insulation is not enough sufficient
Hotel and rooms are very clean, towels and shower rug changed every day, receptionists very kind and helpfull, I had a very nice stay there.
