The size of the room was quite large and we had more than enough room to open our luggage and. It trip over it! The bathroom was well designed and modern and I have to mention the KORRES bathroom products! A+!! Plus the bed was so comfortable - excellent location, excellent views and excellent room!

The room is really small. The hotel does not have a room for storing any luggage, not the usual facilities for a four star hotel. The ultra-central location is the key here, I guess.

The breakfast is a la carte, fancy but limitted in terms of option. The terrace for breakfast is wonderful, Acropole view - seven stars. You can not eat at all & be happy.

Not a negative on the hotel, our taxi driver from airport struggled to locate the hotel. 🤷‍♀️

Athens Utopia Ermou is centrally located in a busy mall. Very clean and tidy with very helpful staff. We were on the 6th floor with amazing views of the Acropolis. Beautiful rooftop bar to start the day with breakfast (great omelettes for breakie) and end the day with drinks and dinner. Food was excellent. Easy walk to all tourist attractions. We stayed over the weekend and the mall was alive with music performers and a great vibe. (Could be a little noisy for some) It was an awesome place to start to our trip around Greece.

Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommend! A very good hotel in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with an en suite bathroom. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, and delicious. Everything was well-organised made for a great experience. Breakfast is great in taste, but most of the dishes are savory.

The hotel is strategically located and close to the subway (also the blue line that connects the center to the airport). Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. At our arrival, they greeted us with a welcome glass of sangria that we had on the terrace. There, there is a nice restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is the same place where hotel's guests have breakfast.

As with most hotels in Greece, it's always an issue to use the elevators because only two people get another time but that's as a matter of the systems that are in place there. I also would've preferred breakfast to be a buffet.

This was a very reasonably priced hotel in the center of Athens. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very very well, and the staff was super friendly and courteous. I've stayed in many hotels in the area and this is one of the best

I recently stayed at Athens Utopia Ermou and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Athens, just steps away from Syntagma Square and within walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka, and some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset with the Acropolis in full view. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the minimalist design and how well soundproofed everything was, it felt like a peaceful escape in the middle of a vibrant city. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Whether it was giving directions, offering local tips, or simply greeting me with a smile, their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. If you’re visiting Athens and want a stylish, centrally located hotel with outstanding hospitality, Athens Utopia is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

It was excellent! Everything in the room was brand new. Everyday we had for free 2 water bottles of 0.5lt. Free Korres Toiletries. They gave us free breakfast for everyday and also free welcome drinks on the Terrace with Acropolis views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect

Slightly overpriced. However, given the location not surprising. I am sure I would get a room of a similar type for 2/3 of the price 2 km away, but perhaps not so secure.

An excellent location, not far from the Parliament and not far from the Akropolis. Around the corner, a large number of eateries and a few supermarkets to buy little grosseries. The hotel supplied two small bottles of mineral water. There was a good arrangement for making tea/coffee. The good thing was the rooftop bar that gave an emasculated view of the Akropolis.
