Exceptional location, right in the centre. Room was comfortable and clean, brilliant Acropolis view at breakfast time.

Breakfast staff weren't exactly polite. My partner asked if he could have some yoghurt with his breakfast and was flatly told no. "They don't allow", apparently. One morning I ordered the mushroom toast and received *one* slice of wafer thin toast, it was absolutely tiny and not filling at all. I'd expect a little better than that when we paid for breakfast included.

The size of the room was quite large and we had more than enough room to open our luggage and. It trip over it! The bathroom was well designed and modern and I have to mention the KORRES bathroom products! A+!! Plus the bed was so comfortable - excellent location, excellent views and excellent room!

The breakfast is a la carte, fancy but limitted in terms of option. The terrace for breakfast is wonderful, Acropole view - seven stars. You can not eat at all & be happy.

The room is really small. The hotel does not have a room for storing any luggage, not the usual facilities for a four star hotel. The ultra-central location is the key here, I guess.

The rooms are very uncomfortable. The bath cab does not have a door, the AC was set just over the bed and I got ill the very first night. Without AC is unbearable to stay. Breakfast was awful. You can choose 1 dish from menu which is very limited. You should choose either coffee or tea. We were given vouchers for sangria and asked to replace it with Pepsi, but they refused. There were lots of hair conditioners but only 1 shampoo and the bathroom kit was for 1 person even though we reserved for 2. In front of the hotel a strange girl in a provocative outfit is standing. Which is very strange for a hotel. I booked it last minute and the ONLY value was its location. Acropolis view is only from the 7th floor cafe which is a bar and is used for breakfast

It would have been better if there was some kind of lobby on the ground floor.

Athens Utopia Ermou is centrally located in a busy mall. Very clean and tidy with very helpful staff. We were on the 6th floor with amazing views of the Acropolis. Beautiful rooftop bar to start the day with breakfast (great omelettes for breakie) and end the day with drinks and dinner. Food was excellent. Easy walk to all tourist attractions. We stayed over the weekend and the mall was alive with music performers and a great vibe. (Could be a little noisy for some) It was an awesome place to start to our trip around Greece.

Not a negative on the hotel, our taxi driver from airport struggled to locate the hotel. 🤷‍♀️

In a good location but this is the only good in this “hotel”

Dirty, and first time anywhere and in any hotel I ever stayed they don’t keep your luggage after check out so if you have a flight in the afternoon you have a very big problem. Every decent hotel in the world offers this to the guest. There are countless hotel options in Athens and this was the first and last time we stayed here. Corridors smell cigarettes and one elevator only which says max 2 persons otherwise you are stuck!

Front reception staff where extremely helpful and assisted with all out enquires. Big mention to Angelo, Elena and Irene. Your customer service was outstanding and so helpful. Thanks for the upgrade Irene, we will be back.

Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommend! A very good hotel in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with an en suite bathroom. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, and delicious. Everything was well-organised made for a great experience. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is strategically located and close to the subway (also the blue line that connects the center to the airport). Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. At our arrival, they greeted us with a welcome glass of sangria that we had on the terrace. There, there is a nice restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is the same place where hotel's guests have breakfast.

Breakfast is great in taste, but most of the dishes are savory.

This was a very reasonably priced hotel in the center of Athens. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very very well, and the staff was super friendly and courteous. I've stayed in many hotels in the area and this is one of the best

As with most hotels in Greece, it's always an issue to use the elevators because only two people get another time but that's as a matter of the systems that are in place there. I also would've preferred breakfast to be a buffet.

The air conditioning situation in the bedrooms was a nightmare. The system wasn’t working, and the heat was unbearable, making our stay very uncomfortable. We repeatedly asked if it would be fixed, but no one seemed to have any answers. We also requested fans as a temporary solution, but were told none were available. Given the extreme temperatures, this was a deeply disappointing experience and the main reason for my negative review.
