I liked that it was close to the beach. The supermarket is near, and one more is in closest proximity, too. Also a lot of souvenir shops are close too. The property has a nice garden and a swing and some other entertainment for kids. The room has a balcony with a nice view and if you open all the windows in the evening and in the morning you don't even need an air conditioner due to a nice breeze. Also, property provides really comfortable transfer to and from the property if needed. I believe the bus stop is somewhere close, too, but we did not use it. Overall, it was a short but nice stay. Thank you~

If you are not into parties and some kind of club or bar lover, then you probably shouldn't choose this property. We liked the place itself, but I should've read more about the location as Laganas Beach is not that I would prefer of all Zakynthos beaches. And at nights, it was kind of noisy because of young, loud folks with some fireworks. I also missed the lack of microwave. But it's my fault I did not read the description well. All in all, we liked Athina Studios a lot as the place to stay near the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio! The location was perfect—very well situated, close to the center, yet quiet at night. The price-quality ratio was great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help. It was a real pleasure, and we feel lucky to have chosen this studio. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

This was my first solo trip ever, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay! Athina, her son, and their lovely family were beyond kind, so warm, helpful, and welcoming. You can feel it’s a family-run place with a big heart. They helped me with everything I needed and gave great tips for exploring the island. The location was perfect, the room was clean and cozy, and the whole atmosphere felt very safe and relaxing ☺️ Thank you for making my first trip so special! I truly appreciated it🩵💙🤍

Athinas Studios are in a perfect location for Laganas and a good base to explore the rest of the island. We were collected/dropped at the airport by the host for 20 euros each way. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and felt luxurious. Athina is very proud of her studios and the furnishings, bedding and decor is good quality (she cleans and upkeeps everything herself!). Beds were comfortable with new mattresses and the room was cleaned, bedding and towels changed every other day which was unexpected but wonderful! Everything is close by - the distances on the island are short and hiring a car locally proved a great way to see the furthest away spots. The island and specifically Laganas is very tourist-centric, so if you prefer a quieter life choose the 'low' season like we did. We had planned on cooking at the accommodation, but arrived to hear that open fires/barbeques are not allowed in Zakynthos during the summer season because of the danger of wildfires. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but in the end, we opted to eat out since there are many good restaurants just a stone's throw away from the apartment - Atki, Mouria, Blue Sea and Pirates Grill are recommended. There is a kettle, two plate stovetop, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, coffee (filter) machine, washing up stuff, pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, a hairdryer (which I didn't use), a TV (local channels), good air-conditioning and decent Wi-Fi. Toilet rolls, towels and linens are also included in the price. Bear in mind that the water is not drinkable (salt), but bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, sugar and other basic necessities are available at the supermarket just 2 minutes down the road.

Everything was pretty perfect but just a few pointers The mosquitoes are dreadful across the island - make sure you have repellent! No pool and because it was low season, any nearby facilities were closed - the sea and beach are five minutes away though! No BBQs from about April to the end of October - obviously not the fault of the host. You can't flush toilet paper down the toilets on the island - this might not suit everyone but again this is nothing to do with this host or the accommodation.

The studio with the cute balcony was clean, comfortable. It is exactly as the pictures show. The host was really nice! We are glad that we found this Studio and will come back here on our next trip to Zakynthos.

Mrs. Athina is a lovely woman, who made our stay very comfortable, she would cater to any of your needs, just name it! We loved the proximity to the beach (2 mins) and supermarkets and restaurants. She can help with recommendations as well!

The location was great: short distance from the beach, from the main street of Laganas and very close to a grocery store. In addition, the owners were very friendly and always helpful. The stay was very pleasant.

Very nice owners, SUPER cleanliness, cleaning every other day, changing bed linen and towels, great location, close to the beach and the main street, but very quiet. We spent a wonderful week in Zakynthos thanks to Athina and Stefonos. The owners are very open and helpful. Fantastic contact with the owners. If in Zakynthos, we recommend Athina Studios.

We had the best time in Athina Studios. It’s only a short walk away from the beach, and the strip as well. It’s newly renovated, clean and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We are definitely going to come back here!!

super friendly and helpfull owners, managed everythibg we needed for us, from privare boat trip to home made olive oil. Location ia great, beach is close, small shop as well, 5 minutes walking from.main street, but still very quiet and peaceful place definitelly coming back!

The location is perfect, quite yet close to main street. Studio was great with all amenities and spacious area. The hosts were the best part of the stay, they were very warm and helpful. It made the whole stay even more memorable.
