Fantastic view of the Chora of Astypalaia. Modern internal design and all the necessary facilities you need for a summer holiday. Just 2 min walk from the Windmills and the Chora, close to many nice bars, restaurants and cafeterias. The place was cleaned every day and was equipped with new towels every 2 days. Mr Leonidas is an extremely polite, friendly and helpful person and he was always available to help us with whatever came up.

This place is located in the center of Chora. Spacious room and balcony with a beautiful view. Bed is comfortable. Guys from housekeeping were checking on the room every day, so it was kept clean.

Internet connection was not very stable while my stay.

Amazing view, lovely spacious rooms with French doors onto the balcony and polite helpful staff. Highly reccomend

Minor, the bathroom could do with some renovation A bit more expensive than what I was expecting for the quality of the room, although still very acceptable quality No plugs on the side of the bed where you would expect guests to charge their devices. An extension was provided but placement was awkward

Excellent view, rooms are only 1 minute walk from windmills! Very good air conditioning and every day clean service.

Bathroom was a little bit small and usually after the shower the ground was full of water.

poor wifi connection if you are looking to work from your laptop. Girl I met to hand me over the keys seemed to be a in rush and provided zero help around the island and any other questions , although at the end she allowed me to stay for an extra 1h after the check out for free, that I did appreciate.

The location ant it’s proximity to Hora, also the view from the balcony was excellent

The overall condition of the bathroom was poor including the door which did not close. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The rooms have a fantastic view. Near the center, but easy to park.

The materasses are a little bit old. The lights around the bed are dim... difficult to read.

Wonderful location near the windmills with an awesome view of Chora and the castle, the windmills and Livadi bay. A balcony with a couple of chairs and small table was perfection. I could look at that view all day. Great shower with hot water and nice water pressure. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the island.

There weren’t any shutters and the light was disturbing in the morning. The freezer wasn’t strong enough. There were plenty of plates and kitchen staff but you could only wash them in the bathroom

Very convenient location. Wonderful view on both village and sea.

Absolutely no sound insulation: you can hear everything from disrespectful neighbours (downstairs and from next door). Even during the night: it was impossible to sleep properly. Furniture in bad conditions: the fridge was rusted (see enclosed picture). Walk-in shower with too short curtain: when showering, you put water everywhere... By far too expensive.

We loved the balcony, the view, the proximity to the castle and the puplic parking.
