I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on her birthday in Santorini, and we set off from Athens by ferry. Due to weather conditions, our ferry arrived at the island late at night instead of midday, and we had to check in much later than expected. Our wonderful host, Litsa, kindly arranged a transfer service for us. When we arrived at the house, she welcomed us warmly with refreshments and thoughtful gifts. It was already past midnight, which meant it was my girlfriend’s birthday. To our surprise, Litsa had prepared a beautiful note, fresh flowers, champagne, chocolates, cakes, and even a necklace with a natural stone as a gift for her. This heartfelt gesture, along with her kindness and warm hospitality, truly touched us. The next day, she went above and beyond by giving us valuable information about the island, along with recommendations for great places and restaurants to visit. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From her help with transfers to her genuine kindness and warm smile, Litsa made us feel completely at home. I have already recommended this place to my colleagues, friends, and family. I truly hope we will return next summer and stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed linens were soft and cozy, and the shower was easy to use. The views from the property were absolutely stunning! It’s not far from the town center, so getting around was convenient. I truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back if I have the chance again!

That we didn‘t stay longer. We stayed 3 days but could have easily spent a week in this lovely place.

We have travelled around the world so much and have never met a host as hospitable and considerate as Litsa. Her residence provides the most complete items for use. It is clean and tidy. We are very happy to stay for four nights. She arranged a car to take us to the airport and gave us gifts. I will recommend her to stay if my friends come to Santorini in the future.

The host is so nice and kind lady, the location is great and easy to reach, you could enjoy the amazing sunrise in the balcony! I am highly recommend this place!

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Waist-height shower attachment over bath which wasn't evident in the details/photos. Host, Litsa was superb - helpful and kind. Messaged us to ask if we needed any help with travel arrangements as soon as the booking was confirmed, then regularly throughout our stay. Gave us some lovely souvenirs and even a lift to the airport. Flat is very well-located in Fira, close to bus station, shops and restaurants about 10 mins walk away. Pavements are mostly tarmac or concrete so easy to push a suitcase with wheels. There is a short cut from the main shopping street to avoid walking up the steep winding road in front of the house. Turn right out of the bus station, then right again onto the main shopping street, walk past last shop on the RHS 'Tattoo', continue for about 100m. On reaching 'Eurodollar car rental' on the LHS, turn right into the road opposite and continue past a restaurant. At the church, go down steps in the far corner, turn sharp left, continue down the path to a large telegraph pole on the LHS by an alleyway with high walls on either side. Turn left down the alleyway (lit up at night), then left at the end and the flat is a few metres beyond the bend in the road. Bus system is pretty good and only 1.60 euros to travel 10 min journey to Fira from airport. Turn left out of the terminal and there is a sign directing you to the bus stop. Recommend using a website called santorinidave.com (very detailed info/tips/recommendations about buses, restaurants etc) which we consulted throughout the week.

No exit at the back of the flat in case of fire. Could smoke alarms be fitted? Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay and can't think of any bad points.

Transport arrangement, punctuality, ambience, clean apartment. Beautiful furniture and rooms. Lovely for couples and family. Best location, can see the sea and has a balcony. Especially the doors and color combinations are great. Also there are two TVs (Netflix is there) and Two ACs. Bathroom is great. Ther is hot water facility, already has soap and shampoo. There is kitchen with all dishes and utensils, microwave, refrigerator and all other needed for cooking. Wifi is also very good. Eventhough the owner doesn't speak English she understands and communicates very well and reachable on whatsapp. Especially she is very warmth. She even gave a gift to my wife. It was a wonderful stay and experience overall . I would recommend this flat even for a long stay.

Litsa is nice host she prepare cool water, local wine and some bakarey and a gift for us. early and late check out is possible if available , the house is about 5-7 min walk from the bus station. Hill up and down, be sure not a big luggage. the kitchen is great. clean room and good air condition. the mattress is too soft for me.

This was a wonderful 1 bedroom apartment that can easily accommodate a group of 4 people.

The only drawback was the consistent traffic on the street in front of the unit, however the noise was not that noticeable when inside. I slept with earplugs just in case and it was not a problem at all.

Awesome location and great property, bit of a struggle to get to with a suitcase but definitely doable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, checked in every day to make sure that we were okay. Gave us little gifts at the end of the stay. Would stay again!
