The only small issue we experienced was in the bathroom, where the bathtub had a minor leak. However, this was quickly fixed by the staff, and it didn’t affect my overall stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which really made the atmosphere special. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and offered everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was also outstanding – the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return.

This is nitpicking, because it’s very very nice. It would be nice to have a little more shade, for example on the bridge connecting the dining hall to the building with the room in the 500s, and in the beach it would be nice to have a larger shaded area, not just umbrellas that barely provide enough shade to lie down comfortably away from the sun.

The resort was big and spread out with two main pools and a few little pools that were very quiet and were a very welcome bonus.

I've never stayed anywhere where the staff have made so much effort to make sure that you have a lovely stay. Everyone was incredibly nice from reception staff to waiters, cleaners and the guy at the beach towel hut. Our room was so comfortable. We had such a lovely stay. Location is great for a relaxing holiday. A lovely beach although pebble with free sun beds for hotel guests and beautiful sea for swimming in alongside so many swimming pools. Breakfast buffet was amazing. My mother and I went for a week and we are both quite active. My mum enjoyed the classes and I liked running along the beautiful track behind the beach. We also did some walking to the nearby town of haraki which has some lovely restaurants along the beach and is just over an hour walk along the long beach in front of the hotel. We also went for a nice hike in the mountain behind Lindos. There are also a number of very good tavernas near the hotel if you prefer not to eat in the hotel. Would come back with my mum.

Because of the bad weather, we got free access to the spa, with an indoor pool and sauna (Thanks!). Unfortunately, the water was still cold, and kids were not allowed in the sauna, so we only stayed there for a few minutes. Having sauna possibilities for the whole family would have been a big plus.

Amazing staff. From check-in to check-out, everything is top-class. The staff is professional and truly committed to making you feel comfortable. Superb breakfast with abundant high-quality local and international dishes, including a large dessert buffet, all served in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing facilities with plenty of options for swimming, relaxing and playing. Excellent shows, live music and great cocktails in the evenings. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Perfect location. We hugely enjoyed our stay despite a couple of cold and rainy days. Cannot wait to go back.

The only aspect we found a bit uncomfortable was the temperature in the dining room during dinner. For some reason, it was warmer than we expected, which was surprising given how meticulous everything else was. It didn’t seem to bother others, so it might just be us, but after a long day in the sun, we really appreciate a cool environment when having dinner and drinks.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The maintenance is impeccable, and they pay attention to even the smallest details. The pool and private beach are amazing, and the food is excellent. Their app is great—it allows you to do everything, from ordering cocktails to your sunbed to asking the reception a question. Everything is so easy and convenient, making it effortless to just relax and enjoy. The magical gardens add an extra touch of beauty, making it a delight to simply walk around the property and take in the serene surroundings. The room with the private pool is incredible, and in general the place is very family- and kid-friendly. We can’t wait to be back again!

The hotel is pretty good, but it’s far from the city, so you’ll need a taxi to get there. The on-site restaurants are okay, but nothing special. It’s easier to go outside the hotel where you can find cheaper and tastier food with better service. On the plus side, the breakfasts are very diverse, the beach is great, the rooms are excellent, and the cleaning service is good.

I honestly can't think of anything negative

I have just returned from a trip with my daughters and young grandson and the staff at the hotel could not have been nicer to us. I would like to say a special thank you to Gabriela and to the hotel manager for their generous hospitality . We were made to feel very welcome and special . The food throughout the hotel was lovely . We ate in the main restaurant a couple of nights and then also tried the Italian and Asterias a la carte restaurant both of which were excellent . There are several pools to choose from and we had no problem finding sun loungers at anytime . We also had various Spa treatments at the lovely Spa and again the staff were so kind and helpful. Lindos is only a short bus ride from the hotel and well worth a visit . I don't often go back to the same place or hotel but I think this will be an exception .

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left we were made to feel so welcome. Gabriela, Lefteris and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay special. The room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Premium toiletry products were provided and everything was just perfect. The food in the restaurants is of excellent quality and there is decent evening entertainment. If you call reception or room service, nothing is too much trouble. In terms of location, the Atrium Palace is situated on the east coast, about ten minutes drive from Lindos which makes it even more perfect. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

The room was upgraded, the staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great' rich and can fit anyone's taste, as well as well as dinner at some of the hotel restaurants. we wanted to mention especially two in the staff - Gabriella, who initiated some of the upgrades and extras we've got, and Eleni Karaginni (receptionist) who was very helpful on anything that we needed.

Hard to dislike anything. The fact that it's not a brand new hotel and time left it's mark on the facilities was overcompensated by thorough maintenance of everything what matters and warm human connection with the people who take care of your stay.

We really enjoyed the location - it is essentially a stand alone hotel, not a part of some tourist ghetto. The surroundings felt safe and local, with several outstanding family tavernas around with remarkable food and caring service. Yet the staff of the hotel made our experience unforgettable - friendly, smiling, always walking an extra mile to make sure we enjoyed every interaction. I loved the fact that every time we were hanging out in hotel restaurant or bar, we were served by the same person, who remembered our names, room number, what we ate or drank last time. It was always nice to have a conversation with a person who cares. They have a very good car rental service in the hotel with wide availability of vehicles. A car is worth having to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest.

Could have stayed longer. A very relaxing place to pamper yourself and to be pampered.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Atrium Palace was recommended by a friend of mine. And it didn’t disappoint. Welcomed by friendly staff and a glass of Prosecco, a nice way to start. The customer care is phenomenal. You also get the feeling everyone working at this Resort really truly enjoy working there. There’s a nice pool bar, sit in the water up to the bar and have a yummy cocktail. You can order food at one of the 5 pools and they bring it right to your lounge chair. At the beach and pool towels are provided so that you don’t have to tote a beach/pool towel along with you. The breakfast buffet is quite overwhelming at first, with all the choices. After a day or two, you know what you want and can go straight to it. Also, if you’re health conscious there are some good options, lots of veggies, baked eggplant, peppers and zucchini very tasty and also eggs to order. Very attentive staff at the breakfast buffet. We didn’t take the half board, so we only ate dinner one night at the Zen Restaurant, great Sushi. There are two good restaurants next to the hotel. We also had a car, so we ate in nearby towns or at a beach tavern after a day out. There’s a supermarket at the hotel and one next to the hotel, where you find everything you need. The hotel is otherwise very generous about giving out mineral water free of charge. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, always fresh towels if you need them and anything else you need they are very helpful. The great thing about this hotel is that no other big hotels are around and you don’t have the feeling it’s as big as it is. You’re made to feel like the only guests, treated so nice. And last but not least, a trip to the spa is well recommended. I had a pedicure and my husband and I a couples massage. So relaxing and one of the best massages I have had while staying at a resort. One of the best overall stays in a long time. Job well done Atrium Palace.

If you need a place to relax and get pampered, this is it. Our stay at Atrium Palace was amazing and aside from the great facilities, what made everything perfect was the hospitality staff. The place is huge with a lot of places to relax and everything is well maintained and kept extremely clean. Every morning and evening the staff cleans the outside of the hotel and all the pathways and housekeeping calls in twice a day as well. The pools are great and lots of sunbeds are available both at poolside and at the beach. Poolside orders and room service is always fast. Food is great, we went with only breakfast included but ended up eating at the buffet several more times and they also have more à la carte restaurants on the property. Asterias restaurant is fantastic. But more importantly, at least to us, is that wherever you go you're greeted with a smile and great service. Everyone is friendly and that makes you feel welcome. From the room cleaning service all the way to the general manager, everyone is happy to say hello and stop for a quick chat. And everyone was very attentive and accommodating towards our two year old son as well. He had a very good time. A few people worth mentioning that made our experience particularly nice are the manager Apostolos and Savvas, Sotiris, Natalia, Davida as well as our waitress Valentina. The guest relations department was very helpful as well and made sure we had everything we needed, special thanks to Lefteris and Gabriela. We'll definitely come back to Atrium Palace, maybe next time for a longer stay. It's one of the best places we've stayed at. A big thanks to everyone for making this a truly remarkable experience!
