The hotel owner, Yannis and Maria, are very nice and helpful. They explain everything clearly and give us valuable advice for planning our schedule. They even speed up the room cleaning for us to check-in early! The hotel is located in the middle of Fira, with a 5-minute walk to Fira bus station and to everything. It is easy for us to walk from the bus station even with two large suitcases. There is a little supermarket at the corner and a laundry at the end of the road. We love the room we get. It is spotlessly clean and super spacious. And you'll get all you need in the room, even a bottle of 1-L mineral water per day! Overall, Yannis and Maria manage the hotel so well that it is the best stay I have in my whole trip across Greece.

Excellent location in Fira with walking distance to tourist attractions and to the main bus station. Spacious room size with a good-sized bathroom and with daily housekeeping; very clean throughout. Atrium Villa Thira, Santorini... a place where you can feel "at home"... with a friend, Yannis, a welcoming, hospitable and obliging host, always smiling and with a special sense of humor, ready at any time to give you advice, an explanation, a joke. The apartment was above expectations: very close to the bus station, on a quiet street, a large, extremely clean apartment, bright white linen and towels, changed daily, water and coffee, tea, and ... Yannis's "have a nice day" wish...😊. Thank you Yannis, for everything!

At night, the neighboring apartment can get a bit noisy, they have parties that go on until around 2 a.m for 2 nights. Although the room has decent soundproofing, light sleepers may still hear some noise.

This is a really great apartment. The reception is run by an elderly gentleman and his wife, who warmly welcome guests in multiple languages—it felt genuinely friendly. During check-in, he kindly asked about my flight departure time and offered helpful suggestions. He also gave me a small map of Fira, which was very useful. The room was very clean, with a lovely little balcony that’s perfect for relaxing in the evening. The windows are well soundproofed too. My favorite part was the shower—the water pressure and temperature were just right. They also provided complimentary bottled water and disposable slippers. It’s only a 4-minute walk to the bus stop, with scenic views along the way. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It was spacious and comfortable. We loved the balcony for the morning and evening views and to just simply relax. Yannis was very knowledgeable about the history of the island and was kind enough to share some of his family stories. He also told us about the best ways to get around the island and best places to visit which was very helpful.

The room was beautifully set out in a way that made it comfortable for three people. It was very clean and the hosts provided lovely toiletries and even slippers to make us feel comfortable. We were offered a cleaning service every morning and Yannis, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. On arrival, he provided us with helpful information about places to go to and things to see in Santorini. Yannis also arranged for our airport transfer on our last day and it was a very kind gesture I would definitely recommend staying there and we are already thinking about planning our next trip

Atrium Villa was one of the best accommodations we had in a while. We stayed at Atrium Villa for 4 nights in the Lilac room. The time was sufficient to feel about all the accommodation's surroundings. Not only was the room beautiful and big but we felt like home. The room was clean and big. Even though Villa is close to the city center you are away from the noise of Santorini. At the same time, you will arrive in less than 10 minutes at the bus station that is connecting with all points of interest on the island. We couldn't thank enough to Yannis, a super nice host. It was a pleasure to chat with him and he made his home very pleasant for tourists. We would gladly choose the accommodation again and we would recommend it also, to family and friends.
