The tap/faucet pressure in the bathroom was quite weak. The hot tub can be quite slippy on the steps when entering or exiting so be careful when getting in or out.

Great Location, Great views, Very private, Staff were lovely and helpful. Room cleanings were closer in the afternoon if you wanted a lie in so it wasn’t too early. We were accommodated very well. Located next to cable car, super market, bars restaurants. Very accessible for taxi pick up. Would book again.

Maybe another outdoor bed/ sunbed for the Junior Suites.

The scenery and rooms are superb, and the room we had was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for those avoiding the high costs of Oia and the high amount of people in Oia and Fira. The rooms are a walking distance to Fira and Imerovigli, with a short taxi trip to Oia. The room also has multiple breakfast, lunch and dinner spots in the village of Firostefani which are minutes away.

Just that our room didn’t have an umbrella. Not complaining. Just something to note. We actually rigged up a towel for some shade. Willing to take the no umbrella to have great location and view.

The place was perfect, very close to all the main attractions. Amazing views and you can enjoy them right from your hot-tub. The room itself is nicely decorated with everything you might need. The staff is super helpful, especially on the reception- special thanks to Nikita.

They wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It generally was a beautiful hotel. My ONLY suggestion - is to perhaps put a few sun loungers in the empty space on the top floor next to reception. This is only because we had to check out at 11am - however wasn’t getting picked up till 4pm. 🕓 And whilst the hotel offered to held our luggage for us, they wasn’t really anything for us to do for 5 hours unless we wanted to walk around shops for 5 hours… Would of been perfect with a few sun loungers / chill area that we could use after check out (they do have a big empty space for it) and I don’t mean anything extravagant- just 4 sun loungers or something! However - this isn’t fault of the hotel, I was already fully aware we had to check out at 11am when booking this hotel.

The property was absolutely stunning. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends and family since being home. From arrival the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly - check you in, offer you a glass of wine, give you plently of information about the island, and take you to the room. The rooms are very modern and luxary vibe, clean, smells fresh when you enter them. The hot tub was lovely - I’ve seen a couple of comments about the hot tub not being HOT but who wants a really hot tub in hot weather? I seen it more as a warm pool It was around 17degrees when I was there end of April, with abit of wind and with really hot times of the day and it was lovely to get into. On the odd occasion whilst having a day in the hotel the reception girls would come and offer a glass of wine. Fantastic service They is no shop or food and drink on the hotel premises. However the staff will organise breakfast to be delivered for you to enjoy at your balcony. They will even organise takeaways in the evening to be delivered to you. They did also offer transfer service - however we used booking.com for our transfers as they were around half the price. The hotel is in good location. You can walk left out of the gate and find a little shop with snacks & drinks. And also a place for gyros 🥙 Or you could walk right out of the hotel gate to lots of restaurants, amazing views, bars, souvenir shops & breakfast locations. The actual hotel itself is located in the middle of Santorini island - which was perfect - we hired a quad bike for 3 days and managed to travel to different points up and down the island several times. We seen everything.

There’s some distance from Thira but we walked the walkway and the views were amazing. They don’t provide amenity kits for dental and hair but we always bring our own so not a problem for us. Soap and shampoo were provided.

We chose the junior suite. The view while soaking in the hot tub was memorable. The room was clean, and I think newly refurbished. The bathroom was magical. It’s a good stay for couples and family. I loved everything about it. Wish we had stayed longer.

Staff very friendly. The room is very clean and the outdoor area is also cleaned every day. Beautiful sunset can be directly seen while chilling in the whirlpool. The hotel stuff also helped us to book a tour, and if needed, rental cars can be organized as well. The location is also perfect. Just right next to the town square (and the free parking lot).

Stunning property and the most perfect sunsets to enjoy in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature. The room and bathroom is impressive. The location is also great with restaurants close by and short walk into town.

We stayed at Aura Suites for four nights and had the most incredible experience! Our room felt like a 5-star hotel—newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and with the most breathtaking views of Firostefani. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and having our own private jacuzzi was such a treat! The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Fira and 20 minutes to Imerovigli. But honestly, the stunning views along the way make the walk feel effortless. There are also fantastic restaurants just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which made dining out so convenient. A special shoutout to Denise and the amazing staff who went above and beyond. My husband injured his foot during our stay, and they provided exceptional care, even offering pain relief to help him feel more comfortable. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. I cannot recommend Aura Suites enough—it’s hands down the best place to stay in Santorini! We will definitely be back.

The car hire company that was recommended could have been better. The car that was supplied suffered two flat tyres on the first day. It was delivered with a flat tyre which we had pumped up but went flat again soon after. They were very quick to upgrade us to a better car however.

The location was perfect with a view to die for. The decor was very modern, plush and clean. the set-up with a personal spa was very special. the staff were great and very knowledgable about tours and sites to see as well as how to get there.

from arrival to departure, every single thing was perfect! the staff are extremely kind and attentive and are happy to answer any questions or advise on tours etc. the rooms are all kept to an exceptional standard and are spotless clean. the location is perfect and is easily accessible as its only a stone throw from the 3 bells of fira and close to amazing restaurants such as Tobriki & Vanilla to name a few. the views over the Caldera from the hot tub & balcony are unbelievable. I would recommend organising transfers to and from the airportl through the hotel as they use a very professional service and was 35 euros compared to a taxi at the airport which was 45 euro. cannot recommend this hotel enough
