Regarding your comments on the pool, we would like to clarify that pool towels are available upon request at the front desk, and our sunbeds are regularly inspected and maintained. We are confident they are in proper condition — if an issue occurred just before you used one, we would have gladly replaced it on the spot if informed. As for the airport shuttle, its schedule, limited capacity (4 seats per transfer), and the need for pre-booking are clearly stated both on our website and booking platforms. We are proud that most guests highlight the shuttle as one of our most reliable services. We regret if you experienced a short delay and assure you that this is not typical.
