Very spacious apartment with everything you can think of. It was very clean, very comfortable. The terrace is very convenient, there is also a lovely garden. Location is very close to the sea as well as restaurants and stores. Perfect stay, 100% recommended!!

Nothing related to the villa or facilities. Psakoudia is a small place with limited attractions or activities. Good village for rest and quiet moments.

Great apartment with a beautiful sea view, attention to the details in design, very clean and well equipped. It is a 5 min walk to the beach where sunbeds can be used for free if you order from the bar/restaurant. For better water/beach, 20-25 min by car, after Nikiti, you will find amazing places. Anastasia was very welcoming and helpful during the entire stay- we appreciated the olive oil, coffee and donuts we got- thank you! The terrace for our apartment is huge and perfect! The villa has a nice garden and shadowed parking. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is a good choice.

The beds were really comfy we slept really good and it wasn't hot during the night at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, AC works perfectly and the large fridge was appreciated. The hosts were amazing! Very helpful, kind and warm. We loved our stay at Avgerou Studios, even though the closest beach had a lot of sea weed, it is a small town, so you could go a bit further and find clear waters. The location makes it a great spot if you want to explore both peninsulas as well.

Beautiful Studio with 4 sleeping spots and Kitchen. Possibility of using the Washing Machine. 5 Minute walk to the beach and Restaurants. 50 Minute drive from Thessaloniki Airport. Perfect Base-Location to explore all three Chalkidiki Peninsulas. All accessible within about an hour drive. Friendly Cats and Dogs come to visit. Absolutely Perfect if you want to explore all of Chalkidiki.

Two or three times we had problems with hot water. They fixed it in a short time, but it was not pleasant. Cleaning is not done every day.

Very good location for vacation! Is located to short distance from the beach and center, has nice garden and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with all you need. There are enough parcking spaces.

Basically nothing. If I had to nitpick, more kitchen utensils could come in handy, like a chopping board for example and a place to put washed dishes to dry out.

Pretty spacious apartment, very clean, very nice furniture. The beds were amazing, super-comfy! The balcony is huge and has a very nice view of the sea. Toilet is also very nice - bidet is an extra plus.

Psacudia beach has a lot of seaweeds, but this is not something apartment owners can solve.

Friendly hosts, quick response with solving problems. The apartment is big and have all required equipment: fridge, stove, coffee machine, etc. Comfortable bed. We also had a terrace with garden view and private parking covered from sun. The wild beach is 5 minutes walking and central beach around 10. Great place to discover Halkidiki if you are with a car - its located in the center of the area.

Regular bin cleaning service would be beneficial as the trash bins were a bit small and they were very quickly full.

Very good location! The rooms have a beautiful view of the sea (it's a bit far but it's there and there are no houses in front). the garden is very beautiful. I booked 2 rooms, one was very nice, recently renovated, the other not so much but it was ok.

We had a lovely, restful stay at Avgerou Studios and Apartments. The hosts were very hospitable, the studio was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the view was beautiful. Great (shaded) parking on the premises as well. Fully recommend!

The place is on a quiet street and is 3 minutes walking from the first beach bar. The host family was very nice and friendly and very accommodating. Overall very pleasant stay.

We had apartment on the ground floor, so we had a direct access to the garden which was amazing. Apartment was clean and comfortable, I really recommend this place. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful place, perfect to rest. Nearby nice restaurants.
