Nice hotel room with a nice and spacious balcony. The welcoming lady was really nice. The food was amazing. Private parking with a lot of spots. Recommended.

Nice buffet, great staff, very clean.

The toilet sink was tiny.

The parking space was a bit narrow, so guests with larger cars should be careful.

The staff, who were working there, they were really nice and helpful! The room was amazing, I really liked the gift wine and I need to tell my favourite, what was the breakfast - it was amazing, with also the view.

Everything was perfect. The room is comfy and clean, the breakfast in different each day and very tasty, the stuff is very friendly and the hotel restaurant is exceptional.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Avra! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal😄 Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

The location is great, small quite village but with great restaurants and places to eat and drink, the hotel restaurant is in front of the sea, staff was friendly, food was great, rooms are comfortable

No elevator

The room view was very nice, good breakfast, good size of the room, very clean towels and sheets.

There were some imporatnt things we did not like. First of all was the smell of food in the room. In the evening you could not open the window, we could not stay on the balcony, as all of our clothes smelled like food. Even the clothes in the closets smelled after leaving. The kitchen is in the middle of the building, I believe this is a general problem. The bathroom door could not be used safely. The door know was mounted backwards, so if we closed the door, we remained trapped inside. Someone from the outside had to open the door. Worse was that I have reported the problem to the owner and he said he will fix it the next day, but this did not happen, not as long as we stayed there. We had to deal with the bathroom door open... We stayed 6 nights, but we will for sure never return.

Great hotel where you can actually rest - no big crowds or noisy bars nearby. There is private parking. The room was nice, it has big and very comfy bed and pillows. Very clean, with new towels everyday. The breakfast was excellent! Variety of sweet and salty - Continental breakfast and traditional Greek pastry. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the lady on the reception! She manged to find us a boat to rent in the high season. I highly recommend the hotel!

A lovely unique stay in a small village in Sithonia. this hotel has welcoming staff and lovely food. it is located close to lovely beaches and you will find everything there . maria is super nice. dinner is also very good

Wow. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Right in the heart of the little town and on the sea, it was the Greek experience we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was generous with lots of delicious options, and the restaurant across the hotel on the water was wonderful. All the staff were kind and helpful. And Maria, the owner, was such a nice person. I would return in a heartbeat.

From the breakfast every morning on the seashore to a very cosy and calm neigbourhood, this hotel helped us disconnect from day by day crazy jobs and just remember how beautiful and peaceful life can be. Thank you to the very friendly staff, very helpful and hospitable. Every day cleaning surprised us, very delicious breakfast and a wide variety of fresh seafood.

I really enjoyed my stay at Avra Hotel. The location is excellent very close to the beach and everything was spotless, with the staff cleaning the room every day. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was included, very delicious, and offered a wide variety. There was also a discount if we wanted to eat at the restaurant later in the day, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a beautiful place to spend our holiday, and I would confidently recommend it.
