Everything was perfect.

This is just an amazing place to stay. Everything is 10/10. We had a beautiful apartment overlooking the beach. There was a lovely big terrace. The 2 bed apartment was lovely and roomy with 2 immaculate bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was the most amazing breakfast I have ever had. I am still dreaming about the sticky toffee pudding cake and apple & pine nut flan. The swimming pool was surrounded by lovely planting and had comfortable sunbeds. Quite often we had it to ourselves. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. We had a car to explore the island but it is not necessary.

Wonderful accommodation, great facilities, central location. A little paradise secluded away, but minutes from the beaches and short walk into Lassi. Highly recommend and make sure you take the breakfast option! It’s a real treat!

Located right above an excellent beach which is accessed by steps next to the property. Great views from the terrace and the pool area and very private. Pool area is lovely and there was always room and loungers available, even when full. Breakfast is freshly made every day and delivered to your terrace. Great selection using many ingredients from the garden. More than enough hot and cold food. Maria and her team are helpful and friendly, and there's always someone around if needed. Room (Ground floor double facing the sea) was large with a big bathroom, sofa, large bed and kitchen area. Plenty of parking.

Nothing it was simply perfect.

The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and Restaurants. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was homemade for you at any time that suited you and delivered and set up on your verandah.

No dislikes - we are booking again!

Stunning Views from apartment and pool. Location is fantastic. Beyond hospitality from Maria, Marella and Adrianne. The hand prepared breakfasts were delicious. It was a super apartment with sea view and balcony and kitchen too . Super Pool area and great to have a jacuzzi. Only 5 mins to the beautiful beach (steps to access) and 10 mins to supermarket and restaurants. We will be returning.

There’s nothing not to like.

Everything about this place is magical! From Maria greeting us and showing us around on our first day and being just generally helpful and kind to Mariella preparing delicious breakfast for us on the patio every morning to the beautiful garden and lemon and orange trees to the beautiful pool and stunning private beach. The whole place has that ahhhh vibe where you immediately relax and leave all of your cares behind you. Literally nothing could have been done better. 100% will be visiting again.

The owners were kind and accommodating. The location was beautiful, the property was peaceful and our views were insane. It was a short walk to the beach. The breakfasts were delicious. When the chef learned we were allergic to dairy, she made us fresh vegan breads and dairy free breakfast dishes. I would go back to Kefalonia just to stay here.

What a fantastic property. We stayed in the superior seafront apartment. The views were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Maria made us feel welcome. There was provisions in the fridge, tea and coffee, water, beer, fruit and wine! We had beach towels and she even kindly supplied a lovely beach bag. There was a washing machine and tablets to wash out our towels every evening. The room was opposite the pool which was private and exceptionally clean! We had air con, TVs, daily cleaning and the best part was by far breakfast on your terrace ever morning. Consisting of tea, coffee, juice, fruit and yogurt, and home made sweet and savoury dishes. Absolutely delicious. The location was fabulous, a 2 minute slow stroll and you are on the beach just by Costa Costa and also a 5 minute stroll into Lassi of an evening. And very easy to walk in and back. Alternatively a 10 minute cab ride to Argostili. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we will definitely go back.

We felt so looked after the entire time. You could tell Maria and the team really care about their customers. The breakfast was just incredible (a huge homemade selection that changes every day), the location was perfect, right next to the beach and walking distance to the main road of many restaurants and bars. Also an easy 10 minute taxi ride to the main town of Argostoli. The pool area was nice and peaceful. Our room was very spacious and homely. Overall, our stay was like a little slice of paradise! Would recommend anyone going to Lassi to stay here.

From the minute you arrive you are made to feel so welcome by Maria . The breakfasts home cooked by Marella are out of this world. The view is amazing over the beach and the pool is great to chill out after a day at the beach. Would totally recommend and will definitely be back.

This was an exceptional stay. Maria met me and showed me around. I had a lovely sleep/rest and the next morning woke to a fabulous breakfast on the balcony. Her warmth and hospitality are exceptional and the breakfast was wonderful, fresh and delicious.

Everything! This place is very special largely due to the owner Maria and the staff’s attention to detail and hospitality. It’s located on one of the best beaches on Kefalonia and the property an absolute paradise. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and have spectacular terraces, pool, and garden overlooking the Ionian Sea. It is perfectly situated in a peaceful neighborhood and a great place to base exploring Kefalonia. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and close by in Argostoli.

Amazing staff, breakfast was an unbelievable experience! The attention to details and the delicious food, all on the patio next to a garden where they pick fresh vegetables. The place was very clean, close to the beach and a few tavernas and minimarkets. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Avra Private Suites was by the far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! When your hotel is nearer to the beach than the beach car park you know you have done well! The views from the terrace and pool were amazing. Out breakfast was phenomenal! We loved EVERYTHING! Lassi is great for local shops, restaurants, Argostoli and boat trips! The local beach is amazing and the sunsets heavenly! Can you tell we liked it?!! (Family of 5, kids aged 10, 12 and 14)
