The fact that there was still work going on outside my room and at night some guests made a lot of noise, when they came back. They woke me up.

It was an enormous room, very clean and comfortable at the centre of Athens. The staff members were very helpful and polite.

Other than being on different floors, the stay was comfortable and clean. Easy access to active part of town. Easy walk to fun restaurants and shops. We felt safe and comfortable.

We didn't use the breakfast option. Our two rooms were on floors two levels apart, but it was fine. It was a bit hard to find, and we didn't know how to get to the correct building. The staff were very helpful and took us to the direct place we needed to be.

The “key” system on the phone. I had two rooms in one booking for us and my parents separately and we needed codes at the end to be able to get into our rooms. I loooove technology but this didn’t work out well :))

The property is located on a pedestrian street so there is a short walk to get there. For our group of 12 with small children and luggage it was a little challenging. The self check in was time consuming but again because we were a large group.

The rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable. They have rooms big enough to accommodate families. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The area has a lot of graffiti but we didn't see any problems or have concerns walking the area even at night.

The room was comfortable and had a queen size bed. The location was excellent for visiting the Acropolis and Agora as well as restaurants and transportation.

The mattress in the bed for the kids in the family room was to hard and the ones sleeping in it had difficulties to sleep. The lock in the door for the toilet did not work. A little bit annoyoing that you have to go on the streets from the suites to get to the breakfast area. It could be nice if the were some outdoor furniture or hammocks at the roof top of the suites to go to relax and have the view of the city.

Nice up to date rooms. Cozy big window sill to sit at with a nice cup of coffee from the coffee maker in the room. Great with free coffee/tea and water. The staff was really friendly, both in the reception, at breakfast and the cleaning lady. Wonderfull cafe/breakfast area with a beautiful view to Akropolis and amazing food.

The breakfast was really good. the staff were super friendly. They even made us a special box for the breakfast next day, since we had to leave very early for our ferry. The location was really near to the centre. All the attractions, monuments and musuems were at a walkable distance. And many many restaraunts around.

We had an issue with the code sent by booking but the front desk was super helpful and they solve it very fast.

It had a perfect location, walking distance to the city center and to the acropolis. A lot of restaurants nearby. It was hard to identify at first which building was it but I called the front desk and they guided me.

The only “dislike” was the breakfast buffet and hot water for the tub. This was not really a buffet and only offered a very small selection. The a la carte was also included in our room price but we found ourselves not using it since the options were pretty limited. The food served was great but limited. They had an amazing stand alone bathtub for soaking but it was difficult to fill without the hot water running out. We used the kettle provided to help fill it with hot water, mainly because part of our decision to stay here was based on being able to soak after a long day of walking.

We loved the suites. There were 2 sets of light darkening curtains , one for the balcony and a second on the door that sectioned the room. Not only did this help block light almost completely it also helped the dampen the outside noises. The placement was central to everything we wanted to walk to and had restaurants surrounding the area that ranged from inexpensive to fancy.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location just steps from Monstraki square, tons of wonderful restaurants, and shops. The beds and linens were comfortable and our family of 4 did not feel crowded. Our code did not work at first, but the host was there within minutes to help us and get us settled. We would stay there again.
