Excellent location, in the downtown. Quiet and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with all the necessary things. Highly recommended for both long or short stays. The owner is really helpful.

Centrally located. Very clean. Spacious. Internet and Netflix available for free. Very professional and friendly host who is available 24h. Mini bar available for free.

Sometimes the heating system releases fuel oil odor but it is not a big factor.

The location was very close to the center and you could walk almost everywhere. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Tasos is an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly.

Car parking is a little bit challenging but you find a way.

Everything is beyond expectations 😉 The owner is highly sensitive and try to feel yourself at home.

First of all, Tasos is a wonderful host. Very caring and smiling. He helped us with everything. The house was magnificent. It was very clean and comfortable. There were things that I didn't even have in my own home. We will choose it again on our next trip. We would have liked to stay longer.

I loved everything.

The appartement is a dream. It's very beautiful decorated and with so much love, I felt home immediately. The bed is one of the best ever I slept. Tasos is a super host and do everything to help you. Fantastic!

Nothing particular. Everything was perfect.

The Apartment was very close to everywhere in the city. Restaurants and bars etc. was just a few minutes away from the apt. Facility was very clean and tidy. You could find everything in the kitchen. Refrigerator was full of drink including a bottle of wine and refreshments and also stuff to make sandwiches. There was coffee, tea and some croisants. But the most we liked is Tasos ( Anastasios) who is our landlord. He contacted us from the beginning before we start driving from istanbul and met us in front of the apartment. He helped us to park and accompanied us also by helping with luggages. He explained us every single detail in the flat. He was very kind and smiling. Before we leave, he made us a suprise and gave us a small gift from Alexandroupolis :)

Apartment was very comfortable, well maintained, a lot of small touches by the landlord was appreciated. Host was super sweet, he immediately contacted us and gave clear direction. They had Netflix which was nice. Location is superb minutes away from the main street yet still a quite side street.

Everything about the property was excellent!The flat was super clean and close to all local amenities and cafes! The host, Tasos was super friendly, super helpful! He even stocked the fridge with goodies and had ice cream in the fridge as a welcome gift

Very very old building in an horrible condition. Guests are tricked with interior pictures. Booking should post the pictures of the disgusting building / apartment and the worry some condition of the elevator. I prayed that one night we stayed that no earthquake takes place. It’s highly expensive to the value as well.. 90 euro/night to this place is pure robbery.. I can’t believe booking is involved in such a scheme
