It’s a steep hill up to the apartment as in most of places here. Think of it as exercise but not recommended if you got walking problems.

Nina is the best host she gave me a warm welcome and I was driven to the apartment by one of her staff from the airport. My apartment was high up with the best sea view. Placed in a quiet area a short walk from the old town. Surrounded by olive trees. All the basic in the little kitchen. A small separated freezer over the fridge, which comes in handy if you want to keep food and ice cream. Warm water in the shower all day and basic bathroom. I recommend this place if you travel alone, you are close to town with a bus stop close to the apartment and easy to walk in daytime if you like some exercise. I don’t recommend walking in the evening as there are no pavements. Close by is a mini market for your daily supply, with cheaper prices compared to the small ones in the town. Nina is the best place to be in a safe environment.

Great location, just across the road from beach, near to bus stop, 15 minutes walk into Skiathos port/ town. Lovely family run accommodation, the sheets and towels changed every two days, everything was just lovely, and kept spotlessly clean ,the hospitality and kindness shown was outstanding. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful and efficient. We also hired a car from Creator Cars for some of our stay.

There was quite a steep incline up the hill to the apartment.

It was a lovely family run apartment. Not too far from the beach and the view from the balcony was stunning. The lovely cleaning lady kept it spotless. There was air-conditioning, a safe and a transfer from and too the airport all in with the price.

Nothing not to like, my only request would be an upgrade on the double bed

Location was excellent , right in the bus route, over the road from the beach and we had a fabulous sea view.The property was very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our sheets and towels changed alternate days and room was serviced. We even got collected and dropped off to-the airport free of charge. Nice bedroom above for me to escape to and read as I am a poor sleeper Nina was contactable when ever required

The facility of the kitchen could have been better. We were only 2 persons in the room, but there were 3 beds, so we did not have too much space. Also on the balcony, you could not use it in the morning hours until 3 p.m. because it was just too hot, no shadow at all.

The view from the balcony was wonderful!:) I also liked the location as we were only 2 mins away from the sea and 15 minutes away from the downtown. :)

This little place was great! Right on the beach, what more could you want. It is out from the main port, but is only a 15min easy walk into town and there is a bus if you need. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and have the beach so close. The unit was great, nice and clean. We had our own little balcony to sit out on. We only stayed 3 nights and towels were replaced after our second night. They dropped us to the unit from town and picked us up to drop us to the ferry when we left. Perfect size for four people!

The room was amazing with beautiful decor with fantastic views over Megali Amos beach. The room was kept clean and had everything I required including a fridge a safe and great air conditioning. Nina the Host was ever so helpful and arranged a free lift to the airport on my departure day.

Friendly people. They gave me water and a delicious jam. I could always contact them with questions and when i was without hot water, they offered me another room.

The check in process was laborious, waited 40 mins after collecting luggage for the 'free' transfer only to be taken to an office at the Port to fill in a form with information that was already given via booking.com. Another 30 minute wait and we were driven to the accommodation. The second bed did not have a proper mattress and I slept more comfortable when I spent time in Prison. The toilet seat was not attached properly and moved about and the lid did not stay up . I would still recommend as everything else was in order and was good value compared to other properties in the area.

Noisy drain from the apartment above, small queen bed, limited space in the kitchen, a bit chaotic pick-up to the airport (late arrival and lack of communication, make sure to ask for the pick-up yourself during the check-in).

Location (very close to a beach, supermarkets and bus stops), A/C, cleaning every 2 days, pick-up at the airport, car rental discount.

Nice accommodation right by the beach and a 20-minute walk from the city center. Thorough cleaning every 2 days. Communication with Mrs. Nina was excellent, she arranged for us to rent a car and pick up from and to the airport, which was included in the price. On arrival we received a nice gift, homemade jam and a bottle of water. We were very satisfied.

The only thing I could mention was the stairs to reach our room..was a bit challenging with a small kid but the view honestly worth it!

The owner, Ms. Nina, was incredibly kind and greeted me with a homemade gift. The check-in process at the office located next to the port was swift and simple. Afterward, Ms. Nina arranged a ride to my room using their car. Upon arrival, I met Katerina, who welcomed me with a big smile and assisted me in getting settled into the room. The place was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location next to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and decided to extend my stay by an additional 4 days.

The view from our balcony from Orange room (ground floor) wasn't exactly a special view. We could see a bit of sea, but it wasn't what we expected. From other floors the view is probably better.

Extremely well organized check-in and check-out including pick up at the airport and transport to the airport. Very fast communication and solution of our requests by Nina, the contact person. Nice, spacious and bright apartment with nice balcony and well equiped kitchen. Very nice and friendly stuff. The apartmant has a good air condition and ventilator that is great in hot days on Skiathos. Easy to use and good safe box. About 10 minutes by walk to the town (find a way between houses, not on the road where are many cars).
