Good location, just by the sea. The room had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our time here.

The property was really well located, 20 minutes walk from Skiathos town and 5 minutes from the beach. We had a great view of the sea. The hosts were excellent. Nikos helped us with renting a car and also storing our luggage for a few hours before leaving. One of the few hosts I met that cares deeply for each of their guests. Katerina made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms. We also had transfer to and from the airport which was a really nice touch. I can’t wait to return to Amaranthos.

The host was so friendly and helpful. They gave us a lift to the room when we arrived and offered to take us back to the port. They gave some very useful tips about the island, helped us with renting a car and in general made us feel welcome. We are definitely returning to Skiathos and we are staying at Amaranthos again. The location was ideal, close to the beach and very close to town but also on the bus route to the test of the beaches. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay.

Transfer: free of charge, beautiful view

Nina is the best host she gave me a warm welcome and I was driven to the apartment by one of her staff from the airport. My apartment was high up with the best sea view. Placed in a quiet area a short walk from the old town. Surrounded by olive trees. All the basic in the little kitchen. A small separated freezer over the fridge, which comes in handy if you want to keep food and ice cream. Warm water in the shower all day and basic bathroom. I recommend this place if you travel alone, you are close to town with a bus stop close to the apartment and easy to walk in daytime if you like some exercise. I don’t recommend walking in the evening as there are no pavements. Close by is a mini market for your daily supply, with cheaper prices compared to the small ones in the town. Nina is the best place to be in a safe environment.

It’s a steep hill up to the apartment as in most of places here. Think of it as exercise but not recommended if you got walking problems.

Peaceful location and great view

Great location, just across the road from beach, near to bus stop, 15 minutes walk into Skiathos port/ town. Lovely family run accommodation, the sheets and towels changed every two days, everything was just lovely, and kept spotlessly clean ,the hospitality and kindness shown was outstanding. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful and efficient. We also hired a car from Creator Cars for some of our stay.

Lovely people. Room spotless. Very helpful. Moved us when the stairs were to much to lower room.

It was a lovely family run apartment. Not too far from the beach and the view from the balcony was stunning. The lovely cleaning lady kept it spotless. There was air-conditioning, a safe and a transfer from and too the airport all in with the price.

There was quite a steep incline up the hill to the apartment.

Location was excellent , right in the bus route, over the road from the beach and we had a fabulous sea view.The property was very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our sheets and towels changed alternate days and room was serviced. We even got collected and dropped off to-the airport free of charge. Nice bedroom above for me to escape to and read as I am a poor sleeper Nina was contactable when ever required

Everything was perfect.

Location is great and we had a nice seaview with a small balcony and chairs. The pick up and return service to the airport was very well organised. Nina was helpful, and gave us a map and overview of the area. There was a lovely taverna near by, easily accessed from the beach called Thesaloniki with amazing seaview. The food was fantastic! Located near bus stop 6 so it was easy getting to the beaches.

The bed was so old, creaky and uncomfortable. Every time you moved it sounded like a mouse was in the bed. The pillows were uncomfortable too. Didn't sleep well due to this and there were small yappy dogs either in the complex or next door which barked early morning both nights of our stay. Also, noisy people around us. If you want good sleep, think twice about staying here! The shower worked but lacked any power. We paid for a larger apartment but it didn't mention the layout was split-level so we had no more room and just three single beds upstairs we didn't use. The shower cubicle was tiny as was the bathroom. The safe door was so tight, we couldn't use it. There are no lights as you walk into the entrance of the property so you need a torch to watch where you're walking.

The view from the balcony was wonderful!:) I also liked the location as we were only 2 mins away from the sea and 15 minutes away from the downtown. :)

The facility of the kitchen could have been better. We were only 2 persons in the room, but there were 3 beds, so we did not have too much space. Also on the balcony, you could not use it in the morning hours until 3 p.m. because it was just too hot, no shadow at all.

This little place was great! Right on the beach, what more could you want. It is out from the main port, but is only a 15min easy walk into town and there is a bus if you need. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and have the beach so close. The unit was great, nice and clean. We had our own little balcony to sit out on. We only stayed 3 nights and towels were replaced after our second night. They dropped us to the unit from town and picked us up to drop us to the ferry when we left. Perfect size for four people!

Booked this last minute after returning earlier than anticipated from skopelos, nothing else was available in my price range. Good to get transfer to accommodation & to the airport included in the price. Accommodation was big, bright & a/c worked well.

The accommodation was otherwise adequate - it was not fitted out well. The kitchenette was very dated & I was not inclined to use this facility. The grounds contained an eclectic mix of properties, some quite noisy & run down. There was also a lot of noise from other apartments within the same building.

The room was amazing with beautiful decor with fantastic views over Megali Amos beach. The room was kept clean and had everything I required including a fridge a safe and great air conditioning. Nina the Host was ever so helpful and arranged a free lift to the airport on my departure day.
