Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandEach day, the same set of food is served at the breakfast. After a few days, you wish to get something else. Still, you can choose from many different kinds of served food, but if I can complain... ;-)
Not a big, comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Close to the beach. You can find a free parking place in front of the hotel. I was there for work, so I appreciate the good wifi range and speed. Good food and friendly staff. You can order food all day a'la carte. Coffee in the room is always a big plus to me!

SloveniaThis place has almost all of 5star hotel features, however there is room for improvement - in general i would say they offer more than the guest is informed about; open buffet breakfast is somehow limited, however there is also a bit of a la carte options, what you need to figure out on your own (i wasn't aware of this option until the last day). The pool towels are available but only per request, they are not automatically offered or being at free disposal at the pool. There is no bar service at the pool, but you can always walk in and ask for it and you will get it served at the pool - would be great if guys (and believe me they are not busy at all) from the bar/restaurant would now and then walk out and check if guests at the pool want coffee/drinks (easy ancillary income). But there is one thing I extremely dislike. Pillows. Guys, you need to change them. The pillows are somewhat overstuffed, resulting in a (too) firm and elevated feel.
Great location, just off the main road and only a 10min walk from the bar/restaurant street. Hotel and its facilities are new and very modern with beautiful outdoor sitting. On the site restaurant has great food, however prices are relatively high (grilled chicken breast with grilled veggies 28€). I loved their fresh and natural lemonade with ginger which is available at the breakfast, same goes with homemade granola which really is outstanding (as other comments state).
