This hotel is a must, staff at reception, to the breakfast staff and rooftop bar were exceptional. Helpful, friendly going over and beyond. Absolutely loved it.

The roof top plants need to be trim back, can't see the acropolis from your table without having to stand up. Also, the lighting to be able to read was super bright almost blinding.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is close to everything I needed and very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was a bit loud for someone being too sensitive with loud noises.

There was a noisy group on our floor the last night we were there. Not the Hotel's fault. They finally settled down but I know if we had had to call down to the front desk, they would have taken care of it.

Very nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early before normal check in. I had emailed them to let them know and request an early check in which they did for us. Hotel was within walking distance of many local attractions and the Hop On Hop Off bus. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections and a barista to make specialty coffees in the morning. Rooftop bar was great with a beautiful view of the Parthenon lit up at night. An additional perk was that they gave you a mobile phone to use while you were there. You could make free local and international calls and take the phone with you as you traveled around the city. We actually had two reservations here, the first being for three nights. Then we took a four day tour through ancient Greece and back to the hotel for two more nights. We had a problem with our shower draining the first night we were there, but the staff was extremely responsive and took care of the issue immediately.

The ac wasn’t enough for a 100 degree weather in Athens that time. Was really hot

The staff are very helpful and polite. And the breakfast has so many selections and were very delicious. They welcomed us with lemonade when we arrived, our room was ready and when we left they sent us box of a Greek treat. Very sweet of them. Lovely staff

The room are small size. wasn’t confortable. It’s far from Plaka and the main restaurants in Athens.

The only negative was the lack of laundry services.

The location in the center of Athens was perfect. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom in the room was really poorly designed. The sink was in the room and the rest just separated by a slim door. Water from the shower got through the door in the room. Not the most pleasant experience. Also, the minifridge didn’t have a freezer.

The noise isolation of the rooms isn't amazing, but can't complain too much.
