Wow, what a distressing review to read!! Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback; we are always seeking to improve the quality and the overall guest experience of the Studio. Thus, we were taken aback to learn about your experience and I would like to take this opportunity to address a couple of your disturbing comments. With regards to the comment about the unhelpful staff, we do apologize in case you had any negative interaction. However, if there is one thing we pride ourselves on most; it is the exceptionally kind, caring, and attentive service of our friendly personnel, especially mine, the owner! Before arrival i sent you 3 messages, NO replies! - You got lost , i helped you find the house. - You asked for an extra table to dine - even though is NOT mentioned anywhere- and i brought it you. - You were also offered with Bottle of wine, food, water and drinks! - You asked for high chairs, i brought them to you! - You could get the wifi, i helped you! I dont see you mentioning all the above! Lastly, your review is only focusing of what you perceive as negatives about our property and it is certainly not objective. I don’t know your motivation in writing this review. It is one thing to offer constructive criticism and another matter complete annihilation. If you felt so strongly about not getting your “value for money” from our property why you did not ask to see me, instead you uploaded all these as a means of getting back to the hotel! I found this not courteous and cowardly on your part, bustling with prejudices and motivated by self-importance and vanity. I still have your reply on screenshot " it was wonderful!, thank you!" -- how can you be so fake? What actually happened ?? i really want to know . Lastly, a fool finds pleasure in misconduct, but a man of understanding delights in wisdom. Also, if you judge people and places; you have no time to love and enjoy them. As a final comment I say that most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. This is obviously a fake comment and I would personally to ask you to remove it since it doesn’t apply to reality. Leo
