Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe apartment is near the main center of Zante, which is a great position, convenient to eat, drink and go shopping. Its really clean, and it comes with bedroom, openspace with kitchen and living room, bathroom and a small terrace. The host is nice and kind, he solved some problem that bothered us during our holiday week! 5 out of 5, would love to come again

RomaniaNot to many facilitiedls in the kitchen, i had to heat the milk for my son in the cattle. Could have been cleaner. Rusty washing mashine depresseing...poor ventilation in the bathroom that conducted to smells. Had to open door towarda kitchen to clear bath air.

United KingdomThere was nothing essentially wrong with this place but there was nothing really right about it either. It seemed a lot of money for a very mediocre facility. It was clean but worn and shabby. Pillows hard and lumpy, kitchen tired and not inviting to use, it wasn’t in a great location, I would have been better closer to the main square as the taxi rank is over there, I usually use local buses when I travel So I thought being near the bus station would be good but the bus service here is useless, in frequent and hard to rely on so you have to get taxi’s. The taxi are more reliable but charge what they feel like so the cost is consistent and they all act like they are doing you a favour to pick you up. The airport driver didn’t even take to the apt but instead abandoned me a street away. Luckily I was able to call the apt owner who came to find me or Inwould have been really stuck and they didn’t care !! Overall I felt it was a dingy, lifeless apartment that I couldn’t wait to pack up and get out of. I’ve never been to Zante before and was hoping for a nice Greek getaway weekend but instead I was Dehumanised and made to feel in the way and just simply a ‘cash cow’ by the locals which is a pity. I won’t be coming back and glad to be going home !
