Lack of facilities such as no hand soap and cleaning stuff for the dishes. Very basic supply and only one pan. Also only one bin in the room which was in the bathroom.

Maybe a couple of tiny bed lights and a few wall shelfs would improve the practicality of the room. Otherwise we were fully satisfied.

Peaceful area very close to the sea side, but not in the busiest waterfron area. I enjoyed the mountain view room. The bed was comfortable and the small fridge and microwave oven ended up being quite useful. The air conditioning unit worked very well and the overall setup of the room was in all respects practical. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Very small apartment, no bath and soap in bathroom, entrance is from balcony, no fitting room for the last day.

Sound proof could be better and to remind the quests about the quiet hours.

The house is located in a very quiet part of Ypsos yet close to the main street with bars, restaurants and the beach. Bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. Useful Nespresso cofee machine. The receptionist is kind and always ready to help.

It's a small room so it's not for a longer stay. I believe there are bigger rooms. In the afternoon there's a strong smell of sewer outside of the house.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Giovanni was very nice and prompt with everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet, but everything you need is within a 7-10 min walk. Small tip, buy coffee and beer/water at the desk, the price is better than at the supermarket.

1) Deposit of 100 euros which is not listed in the important things on Booking. 2) Cleaning - if you want your room to get cleaned, you have to pay extra money, and that is apsurd. Cleaning is 20€, switching one set of towels for new ones is 10€ (for two of us it was 20€) and switching bed blanket 10€ as well. 50 EUROS FOR ONLY ONE ROOM CLEANING. Not to mention that you don't get new toilet paper roll after you spend the first one, you have to buy your own. 3) No equipment - There was no washing machine as it was listed on booking under "room facilities". There was no soap, no detergent and sponge to wash the dishes, no toilet brush, we had to buy every single one of these things. 4) There is no such thing as "private entrance" and "balcony" as stated on booking. You enter the room through something they call balcony, which is easily accessible to everyone, literally people from street can access it with no problem. 5) Speaking of entrance, it's shocking. Only way to enter your room is through previously mentioned balcony door that can't be closed from outside. There are no windows, no proper door. You can't let natural light in your apartment (room) while being locked. 6) There is no mosquito net or curtains, so if you open the only thing you can open in your room, all the bugs will come inside. 7) Noise isolation is non existent, you can hear everything someone is talking in the next room. We even heard people phone alarms. 8) Wi-Fi is not actually 3€ per day, beacuse you can't buy it for one day just. I wanted to get WiFi for only one day to test it and got the answer that I have to pay 33€ (for all the 11 days I would stay there). After you pay for it, host just tells you the password for the WiFi network, so you're paying 30€ for a information containing 5 letters and 4 numbers... On top of that, WiFi is not really great and fast. 9) Owner of the whole property is nowhere to be found.

This was a last minute booking while travelling in the direction of Ipsos. A bed was required for the night before moving onward with travels. On check in, a damage deposit of €100 cash was demanded. As this detail was hidden within the important info section and not within the property policies or highlighted elsewhere, I arrived at 8pm with no knowledge that this was required and refused to pay cash, but offered a card payment as deposit. This was declined - only cash accepted and I was told this policy was introduced due to problematic guests in the past. I would not have booked this accommodation had this detail been disclosed in a more transparent way. Never have I had to pay a cash damage deposit before using Booking.com, and I am a seasoned traveller making bookings frequently. I refused to pay in cash and called Booking.com. The representative said "Don't worry, you'll get a full refund, that he would take care of the issue and I could go elsewhere for the night. However, the refund was declined by the accommodation provider and the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing! This damage deposit detail should be clearly advertised at the forefront of the accommodation provider's booking.com page. Obviously, due to demand being high for accommodation in this area, the accommodation provider gets away with asking for this cash deposit and no one questions it or complains. I'm now raising it as an issue and hold Booking.com responsible for not having this highlighted clearly. I imagine many people would choose to book elsewhere if they are aware of this prior to reserving a room.
