Everything. Old hotel with very old and dirty rooms (a lot of spiders and other insects inside). A lot of noises from bathroom and noises from the corridor. It was raining inside our bathroom at 6am. Inexisting and dirty beach (left abandoned) and dirty brown pool water. It could be said more about this place…

+ Value for money hotel + Offered clean sheets and towels daily + Pool, beaches close by for sports

- Beds uncomfortable (springs hurt) and small - Untrained Staff , in 4 days we had 2 times them barging in the room without notice and 2 more after sending them away - Noisy venue : Maids were cleaning from 8.30am, guests shutting doors and being really loud after 11pm , there was no management - Due to all this we didn't really sleep any day - Need you own vehicle for everything, nothing you can do on foot - No sign for the hotel whatsoever

i would put a “disturb/not disturb” card on the door, so the cleaning lady knows if she can enter to clean or not (just a suggestion :) ).

I liked the place it was near the beach and that was near two beaches,the pool was alsk really nice and clean!

The beds there just a little uncomfortable and the dush and the bathroom was not good.

Such a warm welcome from Stella and her husband. They will do anything to help you! The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to Argasi and the airport. Beach in front of the hotel and close by Banana Beach. I would definately come back.

The location was perfect, but there were no signs along the road.

We arrived today at the hotel and unfortunately it wasn’t what we had expected. To be honest, the room and the apartments in general looked different than what we saw on booking.com, so that was a real bummer for us. The whole place looked very old and old fashioned. It felt like we were back in the 80. It smelled off, the fridge inside was rusty and very noisy. The shower curtain was brown. The bed had springs that you can feel an was uncomfortable. There was no place to hang up the showerhead. The water was salt. The toilet seat was loose. The towel hook was broken. We really didn’t feel like we could spend 3 days of our holiday here.

The view was nice

The batroom , rusty and old also the water stayed in a shower. No hairdryer. We didn't get fresh towels in 3 days

Peaceful location with just the sound of the sea and the birds.

We took a travel kettle. Facilities are very basic but it depends what you want from a holiday. If you like simplicity, perfect!

The location was as expected, close to the beach , you can exist directly from the property to the beach. The room size is big, we had a balcony and air conditioner, the cleanliness was ok , you can see that the building is a little bit old but nothing to disturb our vacation. The person at the reception was very polite and calm and he tried to provide for everything we asked. Each day the room was cleaned , but if you want to change the towels leave the dirty ones on the floor like in the big hotels. They have a pool that was clean even after a storm in the morning the pool was cleaned. You can find restaurants very close , walking distance.

The Wifi signal it's not the best , but if you want to relax it's better :) , An improvement can be performed on the beach area , where there is only one umbrella very old , but maybe the beach is not the hotel property. there is no transport directly to the location like a bus , we had a car rental so it was not a problem.

the location is amazing, the pool terrace is 1 min from the beach and the view is awesome, very close to the Banana beach but still quiet if you want to relax without a crowd

It is a beach front property. Close to Banana beach in walk in diatance.

The location was perfect, the garden was beautiful and we could enjoy the summer heat in the tree shadow.

Nothing particularly. Probably, breakfast could have some yogurt and fruits. But still it was quite reasonable for its money. Some cups, glasses and plates would make our stay even better.
