The ironing table was broken, and the iron was not working properly Also, when arriving, we noticed that the bedsheet was dirty, we mentioned that to the receptionist, where she kindly gave us a clean one, but we were supposed to change it by ourselves, since was not housekeeping

The location- on a quiet street but walkable to all the iconic spots. The reception staff are hospitable. The design of the small elegant boutique hotel has spacious clean and well designed room.

Breakfast was a bit limited - only fruit was cut up apples, some bananas/apples…and only hot food was oily bacon/small sausages and v scrambled eggs. Continental options were better. No tea option!

I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast (eggs overcooked, fruit not fresh, weak filter coffee). That said, there were good options for continental breakfast (spinach pie, cereal, baked goods).

Great location near to all the sights and places of interest. Comfortable and clean room, and helpful staff. There was loud music from a nearby bar most nights, in addition to the expected city sounds. Otherwise, we enjoyed our week at Belle Epoque Suites.

Breakfast can be improved, a bit scarce options (although enough nice options) and most items are also refilled upon request. Can be a bit noisy due to traffic outside but overall no big issue.

Location is excellent in a nice part of Athens. Walking distance from all highlights and enough bars/restaurants in the close neighbourhood. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
