The AC was very old but for this money it was a good deal.

I liked the position of the property. The area was very nice but renting a scooter or an ATV is mandatory if you stay there.

The air conditioner was not working well. I asked for two single beds in the reservation and received a double bed. Cocks were singing since 4AM not allowing me to sleep

Noise from the main road. Impossible to sleep with the windows open. I don't like sleeping with the AC on but I had no choice.

Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. 3 restaurants and a market at 300 meters.. Nearest beach 800m.

We haven't received the apartment we payed for, they told us it's booked :)) and we will receive it in a few days, we didn't received it for a whole stay. We had to sleep on 2 separate beds as a couple. Bathroom was smelly and dirty, hair everywhere. Air conditioning smelled like rot and wasn't working properly. Cleaning lady didn't spoke good English and didn't accept our privacy. The walls were so thin we heard everything, and the rooster crowed since 4 am, and woke us up since the walls were so thin.

Host rarely answers calls. I forget charger in the room after checkout. Didn’t get it for two days and when asked and even visited and explained where it is he told there’s nothing and I had to leave. Afterwards I went again knocked on the door where the new guests let me in to have a look and there it was. The host doesn’t care when confronted.

I expected a sea view room, which I unfortunately didn't get- I didn't mind the farmy environment, but the roosters woke me u at 6.30 AM since my room was right next to the garden; I think it was room No. 7.

The apartment was really feelink like you were in a farm. It was in a dream location, next to the sea, were you could wake u to sunrise and enjoy a Frappé. Also the host made you feel really welcome, he owns a Restaurant/Caffé right in front of the apartment. There are also supermarkets and other restaurants close by.

I loved the sea view from it, the weather in this area is very nice and cool at night, have a lot of restaurants and stores near by ( very close by car to all these places)

It’s was super cozy, amazing location , very clean, very comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea, everything was provided (such as towels, kitchen appliances, and bathroom items), and the host was very friendly and helpful .

Poor noise insulation. The first three days were quiet neighbors. I didn't hear anything. Then two men arrived who were slamming doors, talking loudly and making noise. That's when I realized the poor noise insulation. If you are sensitive to sounds, take earplugs or this is not your hotel. It's just that when a person chooses a hotel. He must understand what he wants, what his requirements are. It is absolutely senseless to demand from a budget hotel the level of a five-star hotel. 😂 By the way, wi-fi works in the room. In the evenings because of the load it is interrupted, but it works. I used it without problems to look at the map or text friends. If you need high speed wi-fi for work, this place is not for you.

This is an authentic place. If you are going for amenities and lounging by the pool tourism, this is definitely not the place for you. I felt like a real traveler in this place. The place is Greek style and a bit retro which gives it a charm. I'm not really interested in hotels with cheap Ikea furniture, I've seen that. Here I found it interesting. The room had a fridge, Air conditioner, kettle and stove. Everything a traveler needs. The view from the balcony was cozy. A bit like a communal apartment, but it was just fun. Do not take this room if you are a demanding person. Be sure to take if you are open to the whole room and can appreciate the culture of other nationalities. The room was cleaned every day. Linens were changed every third day. In the courtyard were walking crusts with tseplyat and roosters. I felt like I was a good guest. If you don't want to see crowds of tourists, tents with air mattresses and filled beaches, I highly recommend this place. Near three lovely and cozy tavernas, grocery store, bus stop and a quiet beach with cafes and free sun beds. ( and parking) Everything here was perfect for me. The people, the nature and the atmosphere.

Close to Porto Kaminia beach AND Windmill restaurant . Good price all rooms were clean and had clima . Great view to the sea from the terase !

Not clean at all , furniture is very old , all beds aren’t comfortable, the bedding mats are not clean , kitchen appliances not available, also the oven is terrible not applicable to be used , worst experience ever , also the value of money doesn’t meet the service at all

The owner was friendly in the beginning. However the air condition was not working (outside temperature was 40 degrees). When we called him at 3am as the heat was unbearable he complained that we woke him up and did nothing to fix it.

The location is good close to the port and Vasilikis beach

The room conditions, wireless dosen't at room, only outside, unqualified personnel. The wall of the room had moisture or humidity and was not repaired, it can be seen in the photos
