- conditioner blowing right to the bed. so we had to to sleeping with open windows (there was some noise from another tourists sometimes)

- staff very kindly - clean room - close to sea - 2nd line from road (less noise) - all necessary infrastructure is near to hotel (shops, car-rent, restaurants)

Shower facility basic but functional, small bathroom, ground floor has side exit so can be noisy & from reception and other guests coming & going. Softer pillows and mattress a suggestion.

Grateful for welcome & ease of booking with amendments very much appreciated, lovely large room with balcony looking at beautiful peaceful manicured gardens ,great breakfast with lots fresh variety prepared by a lovely kind waitress /cook.

They never came to clean our room liked they said they would have done. Staff only came to change the towels and trash bags. For us was not a thing to take as bad, we are very clean and we found a broom outside a balcony of another room, so we cleaned by ourselves. But it’s not a deal, probably if I had said this to the host, something would have changed. They are very funny and good people. Next year we are thinking to return.

I really liked the structure and the host, a really good and funny person, also his assistant.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was slippery cause of the shower. The lack of soundproofing made some inconvience.

The bar wasn’t open and neither was the restaurant which we were told would be. No cups or spoons in room to make a coffee, and hotel had none to provide us with so had to buy some, but we did have a kettle!!!

the Beds in the room were uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The bed frame only came up to my shine. for someone with bad knees it was difficult to get in/out of.

The property was close to beach. It was walking distance to nice restaurants.

The shower was very small and the curtain kept sticking to you when you showered. There were also a few ants in the room but didn’t impact our stay. The bathroom was lacking basic things like hooks to hold your towels and also there were no shampoo/body wash provided but no worries as there is a market right on the corner.

Location is amazing! Only a few minutes walk to Benitses main strip, beach and bus location. Staff were so beyond friendly at check in and gave us some recommendations around Corfu. Having parking was a plus as the main street of Benitses can be quite busy. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, would love to stay here again!

Shower was a little small and no shower gel or shampoo. Bumped my feet into bed frame multiple times. Could maybe rearrange furniture for better spacing.

Good AC, personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Helped us find a parking spot. Close to a good food place - Big Bite. Went there instead of breakfast at hotel.

Bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and to reach the parking spot you have to go through a very narrow road were you can easily scratch your car so beware if you are renting as we scratched ours but luckily had full coverage!

Property is located in a greattt area! Very close to multiple restaurants and nice beaches about an 8 min walk. The owners of the property are super nice and are available if you ever need help with anything. This hotel id about a 30 min drive to the old town of Corfu. I only wished the beds were a bit more comfortable. Me and my boyfriend stayed in the twin bed budget room. Overall a great stay and I definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a nice area near plenty of restaurants and beaches.

The location was excellent- it was convenient for the beach and a range of restaurants. Our room was clean, air conditioned and included a fridge, kettle and hair dryer and a small balcony with table and chairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good local bus service!
