Absolutely magical! This villa in Mykonos exceeded every expectation. In person, it’s even more breathtaking than the photographs. Every detail was perfect, from the design to the views, and the atmosphere was pure luxury with a relaxed vibe. We were celebrating my husband birthday and the owners went above and beyond to make it special for him. They incredibly warm and attentive and always on hand by phone to offer advice etc. Breakfast was a daily highlight, everything was fresh and delicious, and you have to try the pancakes. We’ve tried many before, but these were truly next level, thank you Spyridoula. We’re already dreaming about coming back! A massive thank you to Emmanuel and Spyridoula.

The place is very very special. It is a fully secluded suite with essentially no other villas that can look into the pool/jaccuzi/patio. It is perfect for a honeymoon as it offers full privacy. The breakfast is very delicious and enough choices for a few days stay. The hosts are very kind and nice. They provide you with recommendations for the island. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a private place.

The only downside is that the swimming pool is not heated and when we came in May, the water was freezing still so wasn’t really useable unfortunately.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at the Birdhouse Luxury Suite was outstanding. Manolas, our host, was absolutely amazing – incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The property itself is easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The suite is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need – from a private hot tub and pool to double showers, a fully stocked kitchen, and even an ironing board. The views are breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true highlight of the stay. There’s also convenient parking available on-site, which made getting around the island a breeze. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning, a lovely touch that added to the personal feel of the stay. There's a laundry facility nearby that was very affordable, which came in handy for longer stays. If you’re visiting Mykonos and looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat with world-class service, I cannot recommend the Birdhouse Luxury Suite highly enough.

It was near perfect, the only thing i wish for is that the pool was heated because of the time of the year i went at, but other than that it was near perfect as a property.

EVERYTHING! When I tell you this is the best place I’ve stayed at I mean it! I’ve traveled to 46 countries and this place was SPECIAL! Highly recommend staying! And to even add to how much I enjoyed the home the host were top tier with how they treated me! Truly made me feel like a king! Breakfast was really good as they make it for you and customize it to your liking! I will be coming back here and send my friends! 100000 out of 10! If you’re wondering if you should book or not. Absolutely everything!!! Manolis (the owner) and staff were so friendly, kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The birdhouse is a beautiful villa, 5 star all the way! The breakfast that Poppy would make us every morning was simply delicious. We recommend this fella to any couple staying in Mykonos. You will not be disappointed. The villa sits on top of the very highest hill in the area and has the most gorgeous 180 degree plus view. Private swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor shower, 5 different lounging areas. Inside the bed was very cozy and comfortable. Nice dining area and perfect size little kitchen with everything that you would need to cook for yourself if you still choose and the bathroom had his & her showers, his & her mirrors with their appropriate lighting for applying make up for women, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe. I can go on and on about all the special top-notch amenities this villa provides

The most wonderful accommodation we have ever had. From the hosts who are extraordinary people to the facilities, intimacy and breakfast, we can honestly say it was a dream vacation.

Everything is amazing about this property. The owner is VERY kind!!! Beautiful views and feels like you’re near the clouds. The breakfast is incredible and the hospitality is top notch. Beautiful atmosphere. Time flies when you’re staying at the Birdhouse in the best way possible. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Greece.

Good idea to have a rental car.

This property and the hosts are outstanding. The location and views are spectacular. The property is spacious, clean and very well appointed with quality furnishings. Our hosts were very responsive and went the extra mile with support. They prepared and presented the best breakfasts we have enjoyed in all of Europe with a great selection and perfectly cooked food. We loved every aspect of our stay and totally recommend this stay

Thank you Manolis and Spyridoula for a wonderful stay! The view was out of this world. Everything was perfect! Clean, beautiful and the hosts are so kind. In most stays, you are forced to go to the store to find what you are missing- not here! The home had everything you could think of- water, toiletries, coffee and more. The breakfast was also delicious and Manolis always delivered it right on time with everything we asked for :) The driving service the home uses was also perfect- always on time, easy to use and kind. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough! We hope to return soon.

Best place in Mykonos ! Everything was perfect. Manolis & Spyridoula are lovely and their Birdhouse is awesome ! The breakfast is good, fresh food and fruit juice. The view is breathtaking, you have to see it with your own eyes. Thanks for everything, we will come back for sure

Everything! The owner is a gem of a person who helped us tremendously. He's the real star of the property. His vision and execution into the property makes it a slice of paradise I have never been to anywhere else! The property is stunning and the owner is really kind.

The pictures didn't do the villa justice, it has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. The views are spectacular, with full privacy. Manolis has great attention to detail, and was a great host.

The villa is on the top of the mountain, which is comfortably accessible by vehicle. You can get there on foot but it can be strenuous with the hot sun. Although this is a minor detail taking into account the majestic location.
