We stayed for 3 nights for our 25th wedding Anniversary. Beautiful clean and quiet place . Home cooked breakfast All the facilities were on point. Host was very friendly and made our stay super special.

The property was immaculate clean, very good facilities, great location, not far from the beach and good restaurants. Most of all Nikos the owner and his wife Rania were the best hosts we have ever come across. Nothing was a problem for them and their local knowledge of things to do and see was 10 out of 10, everything they recommended to us was absolutely perfect… We will 100% be back in the near future 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Everything was spotless — you can tell he takes great pride in his properties, they’re like his little gems. The room is very well organized, everything is thoughtfully arranged and in its place. The pool is clean and large — such a pleasure to use! We only stayed two nights, but had we known how great it was, we would have come here from the very beginning! He truly deserves an 11 out of 10!

Great place for a romantic getaway. The hosts are super polite and helpful and won't think for a second to go above and beyond in helping the guests. Nikos especially is very welcoming with great suggestions on things to do in Santorini

Breakfast Bliss: Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our door. Nikos himself offered to cook our eggs just the way we liked them. And let's not forget the handmade cake – a delicious surprise that made every morning feel like a celebration. The portions were generous, and the food was simply divine. Jacuzzi Joy: The indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were the highlights of our stay. Easy to use and incredibly relaxing, they provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Santorini. Whether soaking under the stars or enjoying a morning dip, the experience was unforgettable. The Hosts with the Most: The real magic of our stay was Nikos and his wife, Rania. They are the kind of hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Always available via text or call, they provided us with a detailed itinerary of what to see and do in Santorini, including the best places to eat, drink, and explore. Their local knowledge was invaluable and made our trip even more special. Nikos is an amazing human being and the best host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would come back just to have another chat with him and Rania. There are not enough words to describe how good we felt during our stay. If you're planning a trip to Santorini, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret it!

Really nice suite with hot tub in the middle. Clean, comfortable, and just above the swimming pool. BUT the biggest positive thing is the service: Nikos, his wife and their employee were all really nice and helpful, making us feel like home.

Very clean apartment. The host is very kind and the breakfast is good as well. Not far away you would find Perissa or Perivolos beaches (10 minutes by car) .

That suite no. 2 is a perfect place for a relaxing stay. It is perfectly clean, nice and cozy and the jacuzzi on top of the terrace is absolutely fabulous, because you can regulate the water temperature on your own like you want. Nikos and his wife are so nice, know everything and everybody at Santorini and have always perfect contacts and recommendations and both are arranging everything for her guests, so you feel more than very welcome in their lovely suites. We enjoyed every minute and we will definitely come back for another time, because it was so wonderful. Thank you !

I loved everything, the location, the pool, 2 hot tubs, the apartment. Everything combined to make our stay fantastic. The owner showed such kindness to meet me on the road as I was unsure how to get to the property. Little things like this make all the difference

Nikos and Aranya were wonderful hosts who treated us like friends from the beginning. They were welcoming and thought of everything we might need. They helped with every detail, from recommendations of where to eat and what to do, to organising a cruise, a rental car, and even arranging a surprise birthday cake for my husband to be delivered to a local restaurant. We're already looking forward to a return trip.

Only thing i would say is a better variety of breakfast in the morning would’ve been preferred

Nikos, our host, was exceptional with his customer service and was always there whenever we needed him literally whenever! The villa was private and well maintained and overall if I didnt choose to go with blackstone my holiday definitely wouldnt if been as good, pleasure meeting you nikos👊🏾!

Brand new well maintained suites with very modern appearance. Located in the calm city of Emporio. Good location to explore the island and away from busy cities. The owner Nikos and his wife treat you with a high level of kindness and are always available for questions, service,tips,and just a friendly chat. Every morning a breakfast is being served in your suite. Nikos wife ads a homemade Greek delicacy to it. If you are looking for quality and Greek kindness dont look further.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The Villa is located in the town of Emporio and positioned only a short walk from cafes/restaurants/supermarkets. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and stocked with amenities. Our hosts were incredibly generous and helpful in assisting with any queries we had, including food recommendations, places to visit, and transport to/from the Villa. We had a magical time and will definitely be returning in the future!

Location is good if you have a car. But otherwise you are dependent on the public bus, taxi or the generous help from landlord Nico who helped us with his own car to airport, port, restaurant, beach at very low cost. The breakfast provided is more of a continental style and has less variety compared to other hotels.

Brand new small hotell with only 4 appartments and 8m pool that was completed in 2023. Conveniently located in calm small village of Emporio a 15 min bus ride from main town Fira and 10 min from Santorinis best beaches Perivolos with black volcanic sand. Landlord Nico and his family are very kind and helpful and walks the extra mile to make your stay pleasant.
