The shower

The lights are a bit confusing

It was a not a pleasant experience. Totally cold. I hope this style of hotel management does not catch on. People are so important.

Access to rooms by phone only is a disaster.

Location was good, and room was new and bright.

Bathroom / shower where in the room, meaning bathroom had not separate room, which is not ideal for privacy. There was no towel hangers, meaning that whenever you used the sink to wash face or hands, you had to wonder around the room to wherever you were resting your hand towels. Rubbish bin in the closet not functioning with a pedal but rather need to lift with your hands, which is not ideal if you can not throw the toilet paper down the toilet....

This hotel concept is amazing! The rooms were very confortable, spacious and modern. All necessary amenities were included, despite relying on little staff. We appreciated the complimentary tote bag 😀. I also think the price was amazing for the quality offered.

The rooms could be cleaner, we could see dust piles under the bed. Additionally (this is not necessarily a negative comment, more like a suggestion), it would be useful if there was a keycard in the room that we could carry around, as relying on remote access through the application proved to be a challenge when we almost ran out of battery.

Superb location, to get to the Athens sights and restaurants and bars. Great sized room.

Because it is central it is really noisy. We were on the first floor and the music from the restaurant downstairs was significant. That said, it didn’t go on really late and it is a superb central location.

We loved the location and the decor of the place was nice.

The rooms felt rundown, bathrooms and walls definitely need some touch ups. The towels as well need better maintenance and need to be updated. Digital everything was pretty easy to use.
