The property is clean and very well looked after .With lovely pool outside and not many people on the sun beds . We had water and coffee pods for free as a compliment .It is close to beach and shops and restaurants.Very nice interior ,modern looking. My kids actually loved this place and the most they liked the pool I think I hope we gonna come back one day again Big Thank you and Best Wishes

Everything was wonderful! The accommodation and the host fully met our expectations. The accommodations are located just 50 meters from the main pedestrian street and you can do everything on foot. The owner offered us various gifts upon our arrival. There was also daily cleaning, something we saw for the first time on vacation! 😀

Very big and clean rooms for a family of four people, new building, excellent location, helpful and reachable staff, very close to the beautiful beaches of Iraklitsa, close minishops (for a walk) and with a car 5 minutes away from international supermarkets like Lidl. The balcony was big and there were two fully operational air conditioning devices in the two-story apartment. There were two bed rooms (one upstairs ) and one very big living room with a big sofabed and a fitted kitchen and a fridge. Everything was clean and new. We want to book it again. Even my wife is impressed.

Very nice, comfortable, modern apartment with everything you need and a balcony. Good access to shops, beach & restaurants. The sunrises from the small church on the coast are excellent. Lots of room to park in early season. Pool area is very nice.

Easy to access (code at the door, just don't forget to read your Booking messages :P ) Has a washing machine and plenty of space for 4 people. Free parking in the street with enough space (at least mid-September).

Not enough leg space between WC and shower for tall people. Signs that the room was not cleaned thoroughly, like hair and stains on surfaces.

Loved the facility, very well-designed bedrooms and living room, as well as kitchen and balcony. The host responds quickly. Warm water available 24 hours.

The host of the guest house, Sotiris was really attentive, polite and responsive. He recommended us good restaurants and taverns in Nea Iraklitza, Kavala and Nea Peramos. The room was comfortable, clean, neath, bright and specious. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

We were there for a second time and as the first time everything was wonderful. The apartment has everything needed. The size is enough for 4 people. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The center is very close and the beach too. Definitely this is the place where we want to stay when going to Nea Iraklitsa.

The bathroom is small, its not a very big problem unless you're a bigger guy. The staircase to the second floor is a bit steep and can be a problem if you're with a baby.

There were hair everywhere - human hair in the bathroom, also on the floor in every room. The whole couch was with dog hair. Sorry, but this was awful. The place itself is great, but the dirty floor and that hair everywhere was just disgusting

The bathroom was not cleaned and there was rarely hot water during our stay. The kitchen is not well equipped, there are not enough dishes. The washing machine is not good, it tore some of our clothes :(

There is a garage and swimming pool, it’s near to the main pedestrian road and the beach.

the apartment was not cleaned very thorough. We booked 2 apartments and both had some items missing (one had coffee and top sheets/covers, but missing toilet paper for example, the other apartment did not have coffee or covers).
