Lovely hotel by the beach. Staff super friendly and rectified any issues we had.

The room was big and beds were comfortable. We got a super massive king size double so we had a lot of space. Air con worked very well and the pool by our room was not crowded like in the main area. They had almost every night some type of entertainment which I thought I wouldn’t be very much interested but then I realised how good the performers were so I enjoyed every one of them. The hotel is just by the beach and there are shops and stuff to do nearby. I really liked the food also, we stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were repeating too much. They changed every day the menu and the food was good. Some veggie options as well. I asked for oat milk as I take normal milk and Eva was very kind in bringing it out every time. She was very nice to us and made us feel really comfortable! Always with a smile and making sure everyone is happy.

The gym was very outdated. Needs some new gear.

Really perhaps the only problem is the wi-fi, which basically only works at the reception and very slowly. Outside the reception it does not work at all.

The food was just amazing at the hotel. The room was clean. The receptionist and also the other staff were very kind. The property's playground was very safe

The evening shows were very loud in our room and lasted too long.

Good location, close to Heraklion city and the Airport (15min drive), the beach, supermarkets, etc. The staff is very kind. The food during breakfast and dinner was very good as well, with a mixture of international and Greek dishes.

Lovely hotel the lack of choice at snack bar let it down was just left over clod breakfast maybe because season was ending

We only stayed here one night but offerings in buffet were very basic chicken legs 2 hot dishes few salad bits no sauces for salad that I saw breakfast was same bacon mini hot dogs toast few basic pastries

Suitable for families. Clean facilities. Good choice of food served daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Entertainment a few times a week. Air conditioning in rooms. Good value

Would have been nice to have more choice of fruit at breakfast but minor detail as continental and hot food available so plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel, close to lots of restaurants/shops. Two great pool areas. Staff are fantastic!

Nothing not to like!

We had a newly built bungalo, it's great. The dinner is exquisite.

parking could have been better

The staff was very helpful and kind, all our requests or issues reported were solved immediately. The breakfast contained the same or similar meals mostly, the dinner had a fix and non fix part, but there were so many, that I can't imagine anyone leaving hungry, dessert corner for dinner was awesome (and my personal favourite, jelly for breakfast). Room was big enough, air-con was in the price and worked flawlessly, we had a balcony where we were able to dry our clothes. The closest beach was good, but the next beach to the right is much better, smoother sand and even less deepening. There is a local car hire nearby (at the closest beach, to the left), and it is not much highlighted that we were able to park in the hotel's car parking, which is quite big, though ~50-100m from the hotel (I am unsure though if it is also the case for the busiest late July - early August). Pool is not very small and deep enough to swim a bit.

We had no big issues, but there were some small issues solved at once at the reception, eg at towel change some of the towels were not replaced. Safe is for an extra 10€ for a week, and it is quite small (the island is safe though, I just like to have a safe for the sake of superstition). For me it was not an issue, but dishes can get cold in the later period of dinner/breakfast. Bus station is not very close, but it is the price for the sea being quite close. Cabinet has limited number of shelves, but there are other furniture with enough shelves and room for everything (we didn't fill up all of them).

It was central within the resort and easily accessible, staff were friendly and responsive.

Very noisy around pool area, almost impossible to get a lounger as towels on occasion just stayed in position at all times. Food was fairly basic.

Very slippery poolside. All inclusive quite restrictive.... with what drinks inclusive for example. But lovely staff and in general very happy with the service and holiday

Room wasn’t cleaned daily

The first room was very small ,but asked to change rooms with no problem,husband got dermatitis on feet ,caused by dirty water ,they could do with using bleach in bathrooms.other than that staff amazingly friendly,beds clean and comfy ,food good.on website says it’s hotel and spa so was hoping to relax with massage ,but didn’t meet expectations.good hotel if looking for relaxation,as a bit far out from main activities.

It was a great location with well maintained facilities, just like on the pictures.

In the rooms with the jacuzzi, the internet was weak, it was impossible to use. The rooms are new, therefore more improvement is necessary, to equip the kitchen with all necessary, such as pots.

We liked the location, the food was delicious and varied, and enjoyed the social events.

Room was OK; they packed a breakfast for us because we left early the next day.

No help with bags.

It’s neat and family oriented

WiFi connection was not there in the rooms which are far from the main building where reception is.
