The property views are amazing and exactly what you want when you visit Santorini - we stayed in the romantic sweet & hardly wanted to leave the room as the views were amazing !! - sunset, white buildings & the blue domes. The staff were so helpful and organised everything for us including transfer & called the quad bike rental for us.

    Nothing! We loved everything

The view from there is great, staff was very nice. Our transfer from the airport was super sweet, we arrived earlier and they allowed us to do an early check-in. The breakfast was good as well and the location is pretty good!

There was a lot of eco from people outside and in other rooms, you can heard through the walls very easily.

I had the unique opportunity to stay 5 nights here both in the “Romantic Suite with Private Balcony", then in the flagship honeymoon suite. Had a serious problem with the first room, and management resolved it nicely, thanks for the upgrade. The views are insane—probably the best in all of Fira. Quiet surroundings (private residences), so no booming clubs around. Breakfast is served directly to your room, but the portions are very, very tightly controlled.

Breakfast was the biggest shortcoming for me. Their budgeting really shows here: the proteins (eggs, cold cuts) are rationed; most mornings I only got 1 egg and 1 slice of cold cut. The fruit is cheap and also rationed: small bowl of sliced apples & grapes and maybe a tiny piece of kiwi, no berries in sight. When I was upgraded to the flagship suite, my breakfasts remained the same, slightly better on the last day with pancakes, which actually should be the norm. It's a barely passable breakfast, mid at best at this level. Facilities: broken hinges, a green film at the water line of my jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite, and drastic shower temperature inconsistencies. No pool. Very weak internet in both rooms (8.9mb/s down, 1.5mb/s up), concerning for 2025. Finally, staff lacks professionalism. I get it, I'm in my 20s too, but the girl vaping in the presence of guests is crazy, and the transfer drivers roughly handled my bags. I ended up carrying them myself.

The view and the room were very nice.

No receptionist when we checked in and because of that we didn’t know that we had to turn on the hot water. So we took very cold showers. A note or something letting us know would have been very helpful! It ruined our morning!

This is hard to review because the island was abandoned and the owner wasn’t onsite because of the earthquakes. It was warm and I liked the view!

Because of the earthquakes. The staff wasn’t onsite making check in difficult. There was no wifi, no breakfast, no shampoo or body soap in the shower, making the 250 usd a night for a luxury room feel like a basic hostel. Not the hotels fault but not fun either.

The room was nice with a beautiful view right outside the door.

We were there during the earthquakes and the host had actually left the hotel. There was no internet and the place was deserted. I had contact with the host via whatsapp but they didn't answer me immediately when we requested info about taxis etc. I recognise these were exceptional circumstances but we didn't get the service we paid for.

We were given room number 110 which was the first room from the entrance which was very good because we had to travel least with the luggage. Our room had the best terrace with the most amazing view of the Caldera. Alas, we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest as it was raining for the 2 days we were there. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it was awesome. So much more than what we could eat. But, more importantly full of variety and good quality stuff. For the last day since we were checking out early in the morning, they gave us packed breakfast the previous night. A dehumidifier was provided in the main bedroom. We had two very friendly cats visiting us most of the times and we named them 'cookie' and 'oreo'! Cookie also came to say goodbye to us all the way up till the parking above.

While checking in and checking out there was nobody to help us with the luggage. And to reach the hotel you have to deal with at least 40 steps! And since we had good amount of luggage, we really struggled with this. The room was huge like a cave in the form of a hallway divided in 2 parts with main bedroom in one and 2 single beds and living room in the other bigger side. Sometimes it would get a big stuffy inside the room. Also, one of the toilets emitted a little bit of foul smell when we left it open by chance.

    Did not have breakfast

There was only 2 cups and saucers for 4 quests. More instant coffee packets and milk would have been nice. 2 servings per quest are normally expected.

I liked that the Hotel was fairly close to Fira. it was about a 5-10 minute walk.

From the photos, it looked like I had an ocean view. To have a view I had to leave the room and go up a flight of stairs and look out over a patio, I was expecting to see the ocean from the room, which was disappointing. The room bed I has wasn't exactly comfortable and the water had an unpleasant taste to it from the faucet to even brush your teeth...

One of the most beautiful views from the huge terrace. Hearty and delicious breakfast served on the terrace. Hot water jacuzzi on the terrace with a wonderful view. Sunbeds. Easy access. Fast Wi-Fi. Coffee, fridge. Everything you could wish for! :) One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed.
