The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet but central area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the beds were very comfortable.

The staircase was a bit narrow, which made it slightly tricky to carry up large suitcases — but it wasn’t a big issue overall.

Very comfortable and modern apartment in Zakynthos town. Spyros was an excellent host and was very accommodating after our delayed arrival in the late evening. His recommendations, from food and bars to rental car agency, made our trip to Zakynthos very easy and enjoyable. After exploring the island's natural attractions and being out all day, coming back to somewhere comfortable like the Crema apartment was a great way to relax before walking to dinner in town. It's an excellent option for people who want to stay in the heart of Zakynthos in modern settings.

A great apartment in the heart of Zante. perfect for two people. plenty of room. great spot. and one street back from the water front. all amenities are in walking distance.

1. Location - the property is situated in an ideal location. Offering easy access to everything. 2.Comfort and Cleanliness: The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bedding was fresh and comfortable, and the entire space felt inviting and homely. It’s clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. 3. Modern Amenities: The apartment was equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals, including high-quality appliances and utensils. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. 4. Stylish Interior: The décor was stylish and contemporary, with tasteful furnishings that made the apartment feel cozy yet modern. The living area was spacious and well-lit, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. 5. Excellent Host: The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. From the moment of booking, they provided clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. They were always available to answer any questions and ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. 6. Value for Money: Considering the quality of the apartment and its amenities, it offered excellent value for money. The price was reasonable, especially given the prime location and the level of comfort provided. 7. Peaceful Environment: Despite being in a bustling area, the apartment itself was very quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for restful nights without any disturbances from outside noise.

Water and Smell Issues: Unfortunately, there were a couple of significant issues during my stay. Firstly, the water was not working for two days, which caused considerable inconvenience. Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that persisted throughout my stay. These issues detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the apartment. While the host was apologetic and tried to address the problems, they did impact my experience. Parking Space : Another drawback was the lack of dedicated parking space. This made it challenging to find convenient parking nearby, especially during peak hours. Guests with vehicles should be aware of this and plan accordingly. Confort: it’s important to note that there was no washing machine available, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. No Refund : Despite the issues experienced during my stay, I never received the promised refund as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. This was disappointing and affected my overall satisfaction with the service.

I can only recommend the apartment. It's beautiful, and it has everything you need. Definitely follow Spyros's recommendations; they're just wonderful. When I come back to Zakynthos, I'll book the same apartment again. Thanks for everything. It was just fantastic.

A beautiful, light and airy apartment in the heart of Zante town. The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Spyros was an excellent host and went above and beyond to provide us with an extensive list of local recommendations, many of which we used, to avoid tourist traps. Great location, close to many trendy cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful, rejuvenating stay.

A superb location and a very nice host. Plenty of space in the apartment, quiet at night but close to everything. A spacious balcony was very useful to dry towels, clothes after the beach.
