Super friendly staff and greet breakfast

A huge room with a lot of character but well appointed. Very quiet and clean. The location for me was perfect but one needs a 5 minute walk to get to the center. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The breakfast was adequate but no great

First of all, I want to mention and praise Antonia, she went out of her way to make sure my stay was not just pleasant, but luxurious ;-) She generously upgraded my room to the king suite which was beautiful, especially the bathroom area. The tub was so lovely to soak in and the bed was very comfortable. She held my luggage after check out so I could explore the area. The breakfast choices (although a bit limited) are delicious and the garden area downstairs where you are served is small but charming. Cute restaurants right around the corner.

The hotel is in a safe town but very far if you want to walk to the main attractions, such as the Acropolis and Monastiraki. You need to be able to go up and down plenty of stairs to stay here - The breakfast attendant doesn’t speak English and didn’t get my order right. I had to use my translator. It can get quite hot to eat breakfast outside in the middle of summer. It feels more like a Bed & Breakfast and not a hotel. No extra amenities such as gym, pool, spa, etc…

Spacious rooms. Very good location if you like Kolonaki.

A lot of potential to make place really great. Zero communication from lady at breakfast which is pity since the garden is nice but could be organised and equipped much better. Be careful since no elevator and there are only narrow stairs so bringing luggage upstairs/downstairs was quite an exercise.

Our room was fantastic. The bathroom was clean and wonderful.

You can walk to the hotel from all of the tourist destinations, but I would not do it after dark as Athens in general is dirty and a little sketch.

I got the room right at the entrance. When I checked in i specifically asked, if the noise levels are going to be ok. The woman at the reception asssured me that there will not be any problems. I could not sleep at all. After 9 o clock in the evening there is no reception. Other guests are entering and slaming the entry door, making noises, etc. You can literally hear people outside talking. And because my door was right next to the entrance and opposite of the reception the noises started very early in the morning as well. I tried to explain my problem, and looking at other reviews this seems to be a problem. To sum the exchange with the reception up: They somehow acknowledged the problem but told me that there is no chance they will not rent this room to other guests as well. Edit: The hotel claims I wanted a "free room upgrade" which is not true. I just wanted any other room (without high noise levels).

The breakfast lady was lovely, it was served in the garden with lots of options to choose from! The room was quite large and had both shower and bathtub. Quiet neighborhood perfect if you travel for work.

The building and the rooms are very stylish, we really like them!

Breakfast and room facilities were a bit 'weak' for a hotel of this standard. For instance, we were given only two complimentary bottles of water; any extras would have been at a charge. Or the fruit salad at breakfast was tinned fruit. They are small details that are easy to fix but make a difference.
