The property was immaculate. We stayed for three nights and had the most restful stay thanks to how comfortable the property was. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and both rooms had great views of the sea. The balcony was amazing, it was large and spacious and overlooked the beach. The area the property is in was close to the bus station for a quick commute to Delphi.

We loved the apartment. It was spacious and clean, just next to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to the restaurants of our choice, but we enjoyed the fact that we had to exercise a bit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend the apartment to all types of travellers, including family with children.

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable apartment in Itea, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the breathtaking 270-degree view of the pebble beach and the glistening sea that stretched as far as the eye could see. Every room in this apartment is a sanctuary of sea beauty. Even as I prepared my meals in the well-equipped kitchen, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the endless blue horizon. The bathroom, with its modern design and amenities, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The real highlight, though, was the expansive patio that wraps around the entire apartment. It boasts a delightful seating area where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the serene ambiance of the sea. Whether it was a quiet afternoon read or a sunset cocktail, this patio provided the perfect setting. If you're seeking a tranquil escape from the busy Delphi with unparalleled sea views, look no further than this Itea gem. It offers a remarkable blend of comfort, style, and nature's beauty that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

This is a really lovely, well-tended flat with AMAZING views of the Gulf of Corinth. The wrap-around balcony has multiple seating areas with different views, and even the view from the kitchen window is the perfect way to start the day. Street parking is easy, and the entry instructions were exceptionally clear. There are two small pebbly beaches across the street, and a friendly woman stopped her car to take our family picture as we were wading at one of them. The immediate neighborhood (the first couple of blocks toward town) is not as beautiful as the inside of the apartment, but a few blocks further is a charming marina-front area with lots of restaurants, a wonderful bakery with great Greek coffee and friendly staff, and tropical fish swimming right up against the pier. We had planned to stay just a night after a visit to Delphi but were sorry that we couldn't stay and enjoy those views longer. Thank you to Efi for a lovely stay--we found fresh apples on the counter, a bottle of cold water in the fridge, and some coffee to get out morning started. Definitely a memorable and soothing spot!

Loved the location and the house. It was so clean and so modern. The wraparound terrace was amazing with the best view of the sea.

The town is a little sleepy off season.

The inside of the apartment is nice and located directly next to a place to swim. The beds are comfortable.

The location is far from any conveniences. We would have appreciated a morning coffee and perhaps some toast to eat in the morning. Overall, underwhelming.
