Unfortunately we had booked early day trips before we arrived and our flight and although paid for the accommodation with breaky, we didn't get to enjoy it. If breakfast started at 7am, most people experiencing what we did, would get a bite before setting off.

Rafael made us feel very welcome upon our arrival. The bed was amazing, the best we've had since holidaying these past 2 weeks. Great location!

The pool is quite small, with certain zones as deep as 2.6 m — parents should be extra careful with children, especially since there is no lifeguard No wardrobe available — as you can also see in the photos, we had to keep our clothes around the room Rooms facing the street can be noisy; we requested a room in the back, which was very quiet Weak Wi-Fi, with a poor and unstable signal Curtains had visible stains, and there were cobwebs on the bathroom window This is a very good hotel, but some small details should be improved, especially considering the very high price per night. Our rating is 8/10. We based this on the cost-to-quality ratio — for the amount paid, we expected a bit more (larger room, better view, stronger Wi-Fi, and additional facilities). Our expectations were probably too high given the price.

Among the most beautiful and well kept hotels in Laganas! Although apparently small it has everything you need! Impeccable cleanliness, super nice staff and anytime you need help they are there for you, breakfast included, diversified and always fresh, clean pool, even a big plus that in the room you can even cook if you need to, with a hotplate, fridge and kitchen area. For us it was a super choice and we highly recommend!

The hotel was a bit pricy.

Cactus Hotel is an absolute gem in this area. So calm and nice even though it is close to the main bar/club street. Lovely framed by green plants which makes it even more silent and fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, also with arranging trips (also self-made trips), and the cleaning was flawless. The pool is fresh and everything is clean on the premises. The closeness to the beach is also lovely. All in all, I can truly recommend this hotel. I stadied with my husband and two 18-year old kids.

the bar wasn’t open very much when I did ask I was told it was closed. Also don’t be expecting to have friends over I tried to have some friends hang out in my room but they were denied access every single time. Can’t quite understand this given I have paid for the room and they weren’t staying the night. Seemed abit odd.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cactus Hotel in Laganas – it was the perfect base for our Zakynthos adventure! The hotel is spotless, with a modern, stylish interior that feels both cozy and fresh. It’s just a short walk from the beach, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was a daily highlight – so many delicious options, with some variety each morning to keep things exciting. I especially appreciated the beautifully designed beach towels (such a nice touch!) and the luxurious Rituals products in the bathroom – made everything feel like a little spa retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the little nap with tips and local recommendations was so useful – we ended up trying all the suggested restaurants and loved every one. Would come back in a heartbeat – and honestly, I hope I do very soon!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The accommodation was perfect — we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and, in my opinion, perfectly oriented. When we returned in the afternoon, the room stayed pleasantly cool, and we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning. In my personal opinion, this hotel definitely deserves at least 4⭐️. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from, even for those with food intolerances. As I read in one of the previous reviews, “it’s a little oasis of peace in Laganas” — and I can absolutely confirm that. The lively party life of the town didn’t affect our stay at all, and when we wanted to join in, it was just a 5-minute walk away. The beach may look far on the map, but in reality, it’s also just about a 5-minute walk. For me, this is a truly beautiful, clean, and excellently located hotel. The staff were amazing — always ready to help us at the reception whenever we needed anything. I was also pleasantly surprised that when we checked in, they took the time to introduce the whole island to us and pointed out the best spots to visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would gladly return.

We really enjoyed this hotel – it's well located, close to the beach, with friendly staff, spacious rooms, a varied breakfast, and private parking. We have nothing to complain about – we were even allowed to check in 4 hours earlier than the official time. Also, the guy at the bar makes some really great cocktails. I think we had the best cocktails of our entire stay here.

Cleanliness was a bit off, sometimes the cleaning crew forgot to give us the right amount of towels. Breakfasts were ok, nothing special - I missed a bit of vegetables, but this is very subjective of course.

The room was really nice, the pool area also, it looks a bit better on the photos than in reality, but still was very good. Bed was also really comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at Cactus Hotel! The location is ideal – close to the party street yet quiet at night, with many great restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They even surprised us with lovely gifts for our anniversary, which made our stay feel extra special. The pool is clean and relaxing, and the bar has board games to borrow and great cocktails during happy hour.

Some scraping of chairs across floors were quite loud and smelling smoke quite alot on the balcony of our room, my wife is asthmatic and this made it worse.

The Manager was fantastic and so helpful, we even got a birthday bottle of wine and a cake courtesy of the manager, we really enjoyed our stay.
