Rafael made us feel very welcome upon our arrival. The bed was amazing, the best we've had since holidaying these past 2 weeks. Great location!

Unfortunately we had booked early day trips before we arrived and our flight and although paid for the accommodation with breaky, we didn't get to enjoy it. If breakfast started at 7am, most people experiencing what we did, would get a bite before setting off.

We stayed here as a family and overall had a very good experience, though there are a few details worth mentioning. The pool is quite small, with certain zones as deep as 2.6 m — parents should be extra careful with children, especially since there is no lifeguard No wardrobe available — as you can also see in the photos, we had to keep our clothes around the room Rooms facing the street can be noisy; we requested a room in the back, which was very quiet Weak Wi-Fi, with a poor and unstable signal Curtains had visible stains, and there were cobwebs on the bathroom window This is a very good hotel, but some small details should be improved, especially considering the very high price per night. Our rating is 8/10. We based this on the cost-to-quality ratio — for the amount paid, we expected a bit more (larger room, better view, stronger Wi-Fi, and additional facilities). Our expectations were probably too high given the price.

Among the most beautiful and well kept hotels in Laganas! Although apparently small it has everything you need! Impeccable cleanliness, super nice staff and anytime you need help they are there for you, breakfast included, diversified and always fresh, clean pool, even a big plus that in the room you can even cook if you need to, with a hotplate, fridge and kitchen area. For us it was a super choice and we highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to the main street with bars, clubs and shops.

The breakfast offered the basics, but don’t expect much variety.

Room was lovley, design of hotel, good facilities, no noise from party strip despite being close to it!

The location was amazing and hotel was always clean. Staff were always so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Help organize taxis to places always as great recommendation of things to do. Also felt very safe as a group of girls with 24/7 security

Cactus Hotel is an absolute gem in this area. So calm and nice even though it is close to the main bar/club street. Lovely framed by green plants which makes it even more silent and fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, also with arranging trips (also self-made trips), and the cleaning was flawless. The pool is fresh and everything is clean on the premises. The closeness to the beach is also lovely. All in all, I can truly recommend this hotel. I stadied with my husband and two 18-year old kids.

The hotel was a bit pricy.

The room was huge and very comfortable.

the bar wasn’t open very much when I did ask I was told it was closed. Also don’t be expecting to have friends over I tried to have some friends hang out in my room but they were denied access every single time. Can’t quite understand this given I have paid for the room and they weren’t staying the night. Seemed abit odd.
