The location is good, the views are magnificent, the room and the rest of the hotel areas are excellent. The owner lady who welcomes you at the lobby is very sympathetic and helpful. Everything is very clean and the service is very good. It was a pleasure to stay there. If we go back again, we will definitely stay there again

The location is amazing and the host lady was very helpful and sweet. She even arranged a charging adapter for us and also arranged a luxury van for our transfer to the airport at a very reasonable price.

They should consider installing heating in the pool. The water was very cold. In the room I missed a safe to leave some belongings safely.

Great value for money compared to other options I researched. Hotel with caldera views. The best sunset was from our room's balcony. Spacious bedroom and bathroom with great shower. The system of doors and windows used is excellent as it allows ventilation in the room, without compromising security. Details such as a retractable clothesline installed on the balcony also make a difference. The hotel does not have breakfast. But very close to the hotel there is a LIDL where you can find everything. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

The staff are generous and helpful but i would expect them having a little knowledge about bus transport options. It took 2 days for us to understand the transport options.

Excellent views, comfortable, walkable to the bus stand, away from crowds and worth for the money. If you are booking this accomodation and rely on public transport? - Here are my tips. The bus stand is very near to the location. The buses From and To Acrotiri/Persissa are your options to reach Fira central bus station or vice versa. Updated time table can be found on santorinibus.com It is simple, If you are travelling from hotel to Fira: bus from Acrotiri start time + 20 mins buses from Perissa stop can be used for one way travel option - Hotel to Fira bus station. Fira to Perissa bus does not travel through hotel so you have to get down at the stop Mexican and walk for 8 mins.

The hotel is located in an exotic location. The sea and the caldera view from the balcony and window was mesmerizing. Great value for money. We can see the Thira port and the ships coming there from the balcony. The striking blue colour of the sea will make you stay in the balcony for ever. Nice view from many points in the hotel to take instagram worthy photos. Believe me. Your friends will be jealous after seeing your photos. The hospitality by the team was excellent. They followed me right after booking for transfer to hotel. It was perfectly arranged. And the reception team was awesome. Will definitely stay here during my next trip. Bus stop to Fira is located opposite to the property. Else you can also reach by foot. It will take 25 mins, but it is worth it.

The shower in the bathroom didn’t have a door so the whole bathroom floor kept getting wet after a shower.

Though the view of the caldera was amazing, this villa is located a bit out of the way. It was a 25-30 minute walk to Fira, with no restaurants in between. The room is furnished rather sparsely, with no couch or comfortable chair to sit in. The TV is mounted high on the wall on the main level. If we wanted to watch, we had to pull up three legged stools and stare up. There was a loft bedroom with a rounded roof. We had to be careful not to hit our heads once we got up there. The shower didn’t drain very well and so we would end up in ankle deep water at the end of our shower. A breakfast would have been nice.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Toilet revamping is also seems necessary. Better to hire a car if you’re staying here. No kitchen facilities.

Stunning view, nice pool, parking availability. We got a very good deal. The room size is quite big with an outdoor sitting area.

Exceptional value for money, happy employees, million dollar view. No pool bar, no restaurant, but adds to the charm. So peaceful. The walk from Fira is easy enough 25mins, there is a Lidl 5 minutes away, a café 2 minutes. We were disappointed to leave. Thanks for having us.
