The staff were amazing and so attentive. Despite only staying one night, they made it very memorable. Great air con! The views are wonderful, especially out by the pool area. Love the free shuttle into Fira - another lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing! A lovely range of foods that would satisfy anyone (including me - a picky vegetarian!!) Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

initially I was worried w were too far from the city center of Fira, but after just a day or two I realized I liked it even better. They have regular shuttles that take you in to town for free and the walk isn't so bad. You can walk there in about 20-30miutes. The fact that it is a little outside the city center makes it more peaceful.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with any questions we had. From helping us order food, ordering us taxi rides, etc-- they were always willing to help

Breakfast should be better for a 5 star hotel. Hotel is located 5 minutes by car from the city center but they have shuttles which is great. The third bed in our room was kind of uncomfortable.

We loved our stay at Hotel Lilium and were very sad to leave. We struggled to drag ourselves away from relaxing on the beds in the pool to go out and explore Santorini! It has spectacular views of the Caldera and breathtaking evening sunsets. The location is about a 25 minute walk to Fira but there is also a free shuttle bus service available. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the food here is excellent. Lovely breakfast and a good variety for the main menu, everything we tried was delicious. We had a room with a private hot tub which was well maintained and very clean. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

The only minor things we thought could be addressed was the smell of damp in the bedrooms, noting it’s built into a cliff so understandably likely to be a little damp. We also thought the breakfast wasn’t the quality of a top rated hotel. Large selection but not the best quality.

The location of the hotel situated over the Caldera was amazing. The rooms were well kept and reasonably spacious.

really enjoyed my stay! The view was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful — everything was well taken care of. However, our room faced the road, and we could hear all the cars passing by, which made it a bit noisy. Because of that, I would probably choose a different room or hotel next time.

Great views from the pool Nice pool Good restaurant with friendly staff - shoutout esp to Laertes who was friendly yet professional. The Chicken Souvlaki and Eggplant Saganaki are delicious! Reception staff during the night shift were also very courteous and friendly The bedroom was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the bed was large and super comfy One of the few hotels with a properly working and cold A/C :) Great water pressure in the shower The calm experienced here at an Adults Only

It honestly had the best sunset in Santorini. The restaurant was incredible and the views from the room was just insane. The free shuttle bus into town was also very helpful!

The hotel is amazing!! Located very close to Fira, five minutes drive. We had a car so was easy. The view from the hotel is unbelievable, you can see the sun set from the room. Very clean, very well maintained and great breakfast. The staff is very nice and happy to help with various questions. We had the best time!

We kept having losing electricity in the room, first because of power outage in the area but the second not sure of the reason.

The place is beautiful with a great view of the Caldera. Great location close to the airport and Fira and staff are friendly and helpful.
