First of all, the view of the Caldera is only half, the other half is on the road coming from the Port, where large cars and motorcycles drive all night, the noise is loud and it is very difficult to rest. Then the room is damp, the linen and towels smell of mold. The energy in the room is simply very heavy and oppressive, and the host has no education in hospitality at all, I stayed 2 nights, the second night I couldn't sleep, on the last morning I was sick and fell asleep towards the morning, I text the host at 11:42 to ask about check out and that we needed to release at 13:00-instead of 11:00 and he told me that it was not possible and threatened to send the police. We left at 12:30. Totally dysfunctional social behavior. I DO NOT recommend it even if it is the only room on the island!!! Hot water is with time. After 20 min the water heater stops. You have to switch it on again. Takes 30 min to warm up. Air conditioning only works if you have all windows and doors closed.

    Property response:

Marius, your behavior has been the worst experience we've had with a guest. You insisted on a late check-out, which we were unable to provide. You refused to leave the room and only vacated when we were prepared to call the police.. You threatened to leave a bad review, but the reality is clear from the overwhelmingly positive ratings in other reviews.

The view is just out of this world :) Very helpful Staff. Careful cleaning. Comfortable parking space.

The balcony is situated quite highly and it faces north, so it doesn’t get sunlight almost at all. It may be great in the summer, but in the automn, if you happen to get windy days, you may be a bit disappointed. You may not be able to stay on the balcony and experience that amazing view for a longer time, even with the general sunny 20+ degrees weather on Santorini :)

The location was great and the bus stop close by. The views were just stunning over looking the Port. We had a balcony :) There was a great restaurant 2 doors up.
